Depending on the energy output, you might be able to convince them. Though I imagine that any dam that would produce an appreciable amount of power would require getting permission from the city, which they would tell you to get bent.

It depends on the type of installation and turbine. Gravitation water vortex systems have their turbine at the top and are common in low-head microhydro projects.

Do you abandon these when you’ve finished filming & building them? The electronics don’t look durable enough to withstand the rain and the generated energy isn’t being stored or used for a good purpose.

And to drive them by a height difference of about 1m you need at least 30-40L of water per second. ano you provide us more specific electrically data please?
