The addition of the windows is truly incredible and a beautiful design choice. I have to admit that there was an intervening time period during the floor excavation when I quit watching the channel. I just couldn’t understand how two people without a lot of the necessary tools could get it done. Then, I started to see you brought in workers while sticking to your dream and vision and a lot of your own hard work. That’s when I went all in. One of the best channels on RUclips. Disparaging an entire society based on your limited experience shows ignorance. Luckily, I have plasterers, stonemasons and entire companies of contractors who handle renovations on old houses and buildings in the US and I’ve used them to great success.

Oh all that looks amazingly beautiful. Finally the day has came and I can only imagine the excitement the whole family is feeling along with all of us watching. Those installers are incredible and it was plain Brady was a little nervous though confident!😁. I almost had a heart attack when Andrea packed down the dirt on the pad and went right to the edge. He is so expert in using that machine. I’m convinced he could thread a needle with it at this point. Words can’t describe how happy I feel for you and your family and all the craftsmanship that has went into this stunning end!! Or not end but to this point. I could not imagine what you were viewing as you began this project but your vision is plain now and all I can say just stunning!!! Great job everyone!!
Watching all of your videos I have learned so much about a huge variety of building techniques that are different than how we do it where I live. I have also learned, if I were to buy a small excavator, it WILL be a Komatsu! That machine is amazingly durable and maneuverable. (Yes I agree, the 'maneuverability' has a LOT to do with the man running it, and Andrea is an artist!)
WOW! What an amazing day for you and the family. You're finally dried in with Fall then Winter on the doorstep! And what beautiful doors and windows! Honestly I don't remember being this happy and excited for any RUclips project or family EVER! The parking terrace is perfect as well. Now for the fun stuff; Floors, tile, lights, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, furniture, linens, pillows, family food and friends! Welcome Home you guys! What an inspiration you have been, and still enjoying your journey! Thank you so much!
BRAVISSIMI! A huge congratulations to you, Andrea and all the workmen there today! I love to see Italian craftsmen and tradesmen at work...their skills are amazing! As are yours Brady! Such a change to your gorgeous property...those doors and windows look fantastic! 🤩😍💪
What an AMAZING group of people that are and have been working on your house, of course including you. Windows are BEAUTIFUL. Watching those rocks being placed for the parking area was amazing. He handle'd them like they were feathers.
Your workers are such skilled craftsmen! They could teach us Americans a thing or two. You should have a big party at the end with all the workers. And maybe introduce them and tell us what they worked on. Love them all!
I love watching a process that has gone on for hundreds of years: terracing the hillside, by hand or by machine, it's all about the human skill. The house looks beautiful, the black frames on the huge windows are perfect. I would have left the iron bars on the little window as that is such an iconic part of Italian architecture, but your house, your way, & it is magnificent. The chestnut beams are just aas they should be---I imagine one of the girls telling their children & grandchildren about the grandpa/great grandpa Bradey cutting & shaping the beams & lintels from trees on the property. Congratulations!!
The best episode yet ! Your excavator operator Andrea is a true maestro. Amazing how he manages to transport and accurately place those huge blocks with a relatively small excavator. Please convey him my admiration ! As for the aluminium doors and windows, they are perfect ; I used the same (anthracite black) when converting my ancient olive oil mill in the south of France and they really pop. Naturally I had all the same issues, openings not square nor vertical but along with my talented Moroccan builder we got them all in. Your guys are excellent fitters too ! Congratulations.
So impressive. The look with the stone, chestnut beams, and dark window/door frames is stunning. And, my goodness, the skill of your equipment operator who built that retaining wall. That man is an artist in his own right.
So EXCITING!!!! The windows & doors look amazing. The contrast between the old stone and wood and the new dark, glossy windows is just stunning. And from the outside, they reflect that gorgeous view. Thank you for another great video.
The doors and windows look absolutely incredible with the stone and wood! I'm sure you'll be happy to permanently have the goat evicted from the house! Just incredible work!!
Wait till you figure out that you can turn the door/window handle up and then the window/door tilts... always amazing to see this when US people discovers this.
Your windows look beautiful. I'm so happy for you all to have a beautiful home that soon will be completed. Those Italian workers are awesome guys. American guys wouldn't do such a beautiful thing. Love your videos every week.
What a brilliant installation of the doors and windows....they look stunning! And the precision of the building of the retaining wall is mind blowing!! The house is really coming to life!!❤
You're property is now very valuable and you can do many things with it if you choose not to live there full time or if you get denied your permanant residency! You probably will get your permeant residency approved because you're wonderful people! Blessings!

What I really love about the windows & doors is that they don’t take away from the stone. They compliment it perfectly.

Sorry to be too involved but my husband spend years doing remodels and maintaining our home. We've been married for 42 years. I never realized how much I took for granted until recently. Appreciate one another... ALWAYS!
Che lavoro spettacolare! Il palista è un vero maestro, calmo e preciso… anche le finestre sono bellissime, si inseriscono alla perfezione nel contesto della casa in pietra! Complimenti a tutti per il grande impegno!!!
