girl thank you so much it is so hard to find et-2400 videos ....i have been at it for 2 days fixing this printer clogged cyan head !! i feel i have tried it all finger crossed this method helps if so high five girl u have a for ever follower !!
I am dealing with the same issue with the same printer. I made the mistake of cleaning the printer heads with the app on my phone, which made the printer not print anything. I am trying what you suggested but am on the 4th time and it is improving little by little. wish me luck! Subscribing to support the channel! Keep it up!

If you're here because the lights are flashing and you can't reset it, Every time you clean the printer heads it pushes the old ink to the tank in the back (There is a screw on the back that has a sponge and small tank in it) you can NOT fix or clean out the return tank you must return it to Epson. if the warranty is over they will charge you $100 plus shipping to refurb it. I only made 100 copies but did purge it several times thinking keeping it clean would be a good idea, it's not. do not clean the ink-heads like in this video unless absolutely necessary

U should be able to use whichever comes up. I would choose whichever one looms most like mine tho.
this works for regular ink too right thanks i have no yellow or cyan in mine but black and blue awesome and no lines

How did you get to print a printer purge sheet ?
You go to Google and search Printer Purge Sheet. U then print that sheet over and over until your printer prints it perfectly. I hope this helps.

I googled it and found one with the four colors my printer has.

Yes. This was with sublimation ink.
What ICC Profile do you use?
I'm not sure what ICC is...
My printer went through the print head cleaning process but never printed out a sheet to show the colors. What am I doing wrong?

It won't print automatically. U have to google a print purge sheet and then print it. I'm sorry for the late reply.
