At 2-2 Melling jacking up on the one ball fouled! It is clear it was a push through the one. You can tell from the cue ball reaction. If you are able top pause at the frame of the follow through, you will see. It was a push, just a quick one.
Not remotely. The cueball was in the air when it hit the one, maybe that is what you are seeing. Definitely not a push or double hit. Edit: Shot is at 18:17
