Qantas and Australian Red Cross team up to deliver Christmas cheer

- When it comes to helping those in need, Australians come together like no one else.
After major flooding across the Northern Rivers in 2022, we wanted to ensure families in the region were able to enjoy a special Christmas.
We loaded up one of our "Dasher-8" planes with gifts, trauma teddies and plenty of Christmas cheer, and flew it up to Ballina for Australian Red Cross to then distribute the gifts to those who are doing it tough.

when i was a kid back home in a 3rd world country ( i am now in America) i got a doll given away by Pepsi on Christmas.
"Pepsi Christmas give away", that was the only Christmas gift i have ever recieved in my entire childhood life because my parents could not afford one and so do other parents in the neighborhood, everyone of us kids got one 😂.
It changed my life forever because i thought i was special 🤣.
It boost my self confidence and my outlook in life. To this day, i would still think how that gift on Christmas had changed my mindset that i'd become professional someday and be successful. Was there Holy Spirit in that gift?
I think the Pepsi Christmas give away has stopped it's mission now i am glad i was one of their recipients when it was still running.
I hope that Pepsi give away culture will return.

Great video, but I still haven't had a reply or call from Qantas since April regarding two complaints I seriously had, so do I go to the media or will you resolve this between us
Me too, 17 emails and 8 phone calls to Qantas over 6 months and still haven’t got my refund of $1344 for the flight to Tokyo that THEY cancelled.
I'm waiting for just over 6 thousand and its been almost 6 months as well. Endless useless calls to people overseas who keep telling me it will be another 5 days. I hope the red cross knows they will need to support me soon as i'm not able to some of my bills or rent. I'm in dire need to get my refund back. Good work qantas looking good helping others while making others suffer and wait for what's legally theirs.
@@gijane4070 keep on filling complaint forms out on their website. I eventually got a part refund but was so stressful and took 7 months.

If you have lost baggage 🧳 in Qantas Baggage Service or you lost your bag during the flights in their Air Lines, make sure you can start to worried about it that you can not received it back!!!
More than 5 month + they keeping my baggage in Australian Qantas Baggage Service and no body replying or trying to get in contact with me! 😡

How about Qantas teams up with its customers and gives them their refunds. Waiting 6 months for mine…. Disgraceful.
