Hindi ako naging fan ni Fredie Aguilar as a person, but i like his song. Pero napabelieve nya ako now on how he talk abt his life and struggles on how he became a legend. He was so honest and sincere.

One time a foreigner asked me if I have a 45rpm single of the Knack, My Sharona was a hit that time. When I presented him the record that he wanted to buy, My Sharona by the Knack, he said ",No, I said "Enek, by Freddie. I laughed and gave him Anak. I thought, the Knack.😊😆

1983 i was new in Switzerland,during my duty, on the radio of our patient i heard the song of Ka Freddie, Anak was playing,it was a surprise but then suddenly i burst into thirst for happiness & missed the Philippines terribly. Almost everyday Anak was always played on the radio. I love the song, i was always teary eyed whenever i hear the song. Ka Freddie you‘re an Icon, the Pilipino people love you. ❤

What I like about ka Freddie is very patriotic, wonderful musicians with a big voice and the songs he created mostly inspirational, educational and very entertaining music.
