I placed on Coverlay Dash Cover on my FX 45 Infiniti. The good-it fits perfectly and is of quality construction. After being completed, it made my car look so much better.
Cons-you will need more than the one tube of the glue that comes with the kit. Order the same brand from Amazon. I would recommend two because there are areas of the overlay around the console that will NOT stay attached with just a small bead. Second, they recommend a sand bag. I learned that making my own sandbag using garbage bags filled with different amounts of sand worked better. Third-forget the masking tape. It does not sufficietly hold. I used duct tape and cleaned the residue upon removal. Fourth, there are places were sand bags cannot be placed. One particularly troubling area is on the driver side down by the ignition switch. You must apply more glue for this to hold and I had to wedge screwdriver handles in the area to support the coverlay while drying. Even if you apply tape, it is insufficient pressure to assure adherence to the old dash. In addition to the screwdriver wedges, I used duct tape. Finally, when placing the cover over the driver side air bag, do not place too much pressure during insertion to prevent uneven levels at the joint area between the rest of the Coverlay Dash.
Overall----FANTASTIC product that solves a big problem.

Nice, but very expensive for an overlay. Looking for a cheaper alternative. I may just buy a soft overlay, then stitch a vinyl overlay on the soft overlay material then install with some velcro. ive seen these overlays for under $200 why are yours double the price? What is the Guarantee on your product?

Looks ok except for the air bag cover on passenger side, should have been solid panel, maybe a thinner plastic
The airbag cover is completely optional to use. That cut out must be there for proper airbag deployment.

Question... what happens to the passengers face when the airbag depoys with the replacement cover?
On the test we have performed, the airbag cover goes back toward the windshield. However, the airbag covers are always optional to use - you can install the dash cover without using the airbag cover. The new ones which we send out have a soft vinyl cover to use as an option.
The perforation over the center speaker is troubling. The factory cover pops off to access the speaker and has the Bose logo. The coverlay covers the speaker.
If you have to remove the cover to access the speaker and damage the cover in the process, we will warranty the cover for you. They remove with a heat gun or hot blow dryer.

Sometimes we demonstrate the install of one of our products on an existing dash that has not suffered any damage yet. This is because we didn't have a damaged dash available at the time.
