One Voice, Ruth Moody

Written by Ruth Moody for the Canadian group Wailin’ Jennys, "One Voice" starts with one solo voice, then others join one by one until the whole chorus sings together, “This is the sound of all of us, singin’ with love and the will to trust." The performance took place on June 8, 2019 at our Spring Showcase concert “Stronger Together." The YWCP choruses sang under the direction of Artistic Director Susan McMane, with pianist Margaret Halbig and soloists Phoebe Klebahn, Eliza Heath and Isabelle Magid-Kutlin.
