I work at a McDonald's myself, but despite the fact that applied for "Crew Member", they only make me use the fryer and not anything else. They claim that they'll train me on how to make burgers, fries and drinks, and how to take orders. But no, they refuse to do that and lie about the reasons, and have me work the fryer and wait agonizingly on my feet for the food to be prepared. They claim they don't have anyone to train me, which I know is false because they clearly have workers manned at other crew stations during my shifts. Every single day I look forward to learning a new task and I have my heart broken when I'm told to work the fryer the whole shift. MY situation is the same of those customers'. Rosie is analogous to my managers as she refuses to give the customers what they ask for and lies about it. Sigh... To anyone reading this, don't apply at McDonald's. You'll regret it if you do.
