This was actually my favorite thing growing up, I was a kid with little to no friends and liked change. In high school none of my friends are in my class anyways so it doesn't matter. I think other kids enjoyed that day too so they could get away from me haha

I had second period with my best friend, and my teacher was amazing. He only seperated us once the entire year, and the time he did, he visibly could see us struggling without the help of eachother and he moved the entire class around so we could be together. What a legend.
It hurts when you see them looking happier with their new parter then they was with you and it makes you think “is it something wrong with me…..did I do something wrong….”
i had a friend who sat next to me in 7th period and she was my best friend and that was the only class we had together. we talked a lot but the teacher got upset and moved us away. apparently the people she sat with were the new friends she made throughout the day and she continued hanging out with them more. eventually we stopped hanging out at all and she just left me for her new friends.
i love it how everyone complains when there is a new seating chart but most of the time in a few days you become “besties” with them and then get really sad when it changes again 😂, the cycle of chairs

This almost happened to me and my best friend (now girlfriend). The entire class was upset at the seating chart and was begging our teacher to let me and my friend sit next to each other so they could have their friend next to them. The teacher said yes :)

The good thing about that is me and my friend was my teacher’s favorite because we cleans her room at the end of the day so when she said setting aragments we would always be in the corner of the room that had fun chairs from just me and her
My 5th grade history teacher changed our seating charts once and said they would be permanent for all of the year. Me and my best friends weren’t besties back then but we got put next to each other and for the first week it was awkward but after we were immediately besties! My history teacher regretted putting is next to each other😭
THE BEST FEELING EVER IS WHEN UR SEAT IS MOVED BUT THE TEACHER THINKS U N UR DESK PARTNER WORK WELL N THEY LEAVE YOU 2 BESTIES WITH EACH OTHER- (this has sadly only happened once to me)
It’s kinda messed up how teachers do that tho. I understand if a certain group is really disruptive but just move them then. Like please…I have a panic attack every time. 😭
This literally almost made me cry because one of my best friends we stared out sitting next to each other in every class somehow,and after like four months of being friends I started to like them but I never told them because I had a confusing situation that made me wonder if I actually ever had a crush on anybody or if I was just doing it for fun so then after a year of knowing said person there mom found out my homosexuality and band me from there life #rude

it was always awful to me that adults got to decide who you were forced to be around. I never had a single class with any of my closest friends and I had to sit next to a "friend" who was really abusive to me for some classes in highschool because I couldn't get the teacher to let me sit anywhere else
