I never had dogs, and I’m a bit of a cat trainer however when I was in my early 20s a friend needed a dog sitter for a few days. He was a sweet hot dog dog, that was over weight but super kind. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do but I recall seeing you are supposed to walk them everyday. So we went on two walks around downtown. I grabbed ice cream etc… everyone was really friendly too giving me tips. Wild the attention you get walking a doggo.
Friend came home and he loved the pedicure I gave him and I was so proud to tell him I made sure to walkies and we just had a grand time. Friend looked at me and said that was the most exercise he’s ever had in his life.
I just listened on the podcast and had to come here. All the best Kelly. The boys and us will miss you. 😢

Damn it. I’m glad Kelly is moving on to better things, but she will be greatly missed. I don’t comment much here, but I’ve watched EVERY single episode either on RUclips or Spotify, and she has been an awesome part of the show. Oh and dogs are great too…

I loved Kelly shes always great. Forest seems super annoyed and low energy, he's really bringing it down, like he's got some gripe with Jim. Jack is awesome as always. Something seems off about Forest and it ruins the podcast now.

As the owner of a wonderful, slightly mentally damaged Chihuahua mix, I laughed my ass off to the Chihuahua dog fight jokes, as well as to the term "mexican doorbell". I am sad though Kelly is leaving, but I wish her all the luck in the world for whatever she is up to, I am certain she will do great.

the boys are funny, yes, and entertaining to listen to, ..but to me , you were the one , who made this all relatable.

Sadly I think this is the beginning of the end for the pod,
Kelly probably did all the behind the scenes work to actually produce the pod,
Forrest has his own pod, doing quite well, Jack has his thing going on, he's got that hat and a guitar,
And Jim doesn't necessarily need the pod, I don't think its his main source of income somehow, he's also looked bored on several recent episodes.

He's wrong about Huskies. I had a husky, she was super chill, easy to train. just LOTS of hair. It depends on the dog, huskies get a bad wrap/rap? as being hard to train. mine never barked, super chill, loving to all animals and humans, so easy. I would never get another husky or recommend them but only because they shed insane amounts of hair, like you need a full time cleaner.

I'm honestly shocked this guy walks his dog off leash.
Even if they are insanely well trained and will run back to him 99% of the time, what is the point in taking that 1% risk?
What positive thing is accomplished by walking them off leash?
To me it seems like a totally unnecessary and arrogant risk.
If you're not in a fenced in dog park or backyard, your dog should always be leashed when outside.
To show off that he's a dog trainer.
