We had SO MUCH FUN visiting Urquhart Castle by ourselves, and seeing some amazing autumn foliage in Scotland!!!
On this vlog day, we were traveling from one AirBNB to another (from Fort William to Inverness).
Throughout most of that drive, the road runs parallel along the long, fabled Loch Ness!
And since we had the whole day to explore, we decided to make several stops to really get to know the area.
We even got to dip our toes in Loch Ness itself!!! What a fun memory!

There were benefits to travelling during the height of Covid-19, places that would normally be swarming with people, you can have to yourself! I started watching when Mark Wolters gave you a shout out as I was fascinated as to how you were going to be tourists in 2020, it's been interesting to look back on these videos. Also how many more layers of clothing you've added as the weeks progressed!
Yes and you've been such a loyal viewer and commenter on these vlogs, and we appreciate it SOOOO MUCH! Hahahaha to the layers of clothing comment! I've noticed that too but didn't know if anyone else would! Yes, we started off with a heat wave in quarantine, and a few months later, we were in Scotland one morning when it snowed (still to publish)! Suuuuuuch an amazing trip 😀🙏

You're very right with the fact check. Yikes. It doesn't even come close to Edinburgh Castle's visitors! I think the proper terminology that the internet gives it is "one of the most visited castles in Scotland."
