I've been on Combichrist this summer, and just came from Slipknot concert.. You know.. Both bands equally badass and has awesome live shows and high quality of sound and show itself. I enjoyed both very fucking much, even tho comparing them - they differs with sound and massiveness of audience, but quality and epicness do not differ much
POKI CAT old skool slipknot shows were off the hook. They always kill it at Iowa shows...

@bozzyladyofsunset well, I meant I wouldnt support them through merchandise or something. I bought the new album, yea, but not to support them. I bought it, to have the music in best quality. I dont like Andy, but I DO like the music he makes. its something... like a hate/love I would say =/ maybe.. I would also go to a concert, but just to freak out to the music. If I'm supporting them through my money then, so be it. theyre giving me the music I want. so its fine to me :3

can someone help me,i am new to darkwave but i am searching for some bands/projects from this genre.apparently combichrist is too "weak" for me,so it would be great if someone could recommend something that have more power in music...like more beat,faster and more extreme then this.i thought combichrist was pretty good while performing in rammstein's show,but now when i heard their records its just not the same...live they sounded way better then this (or was i just drunk?)...anyways,thx fo help

@unholygeneration well they need to stop touring already, then. cuz ive seen them twice live, and theyre not that great. better in studio recording, than live. just my opinion.
Not great but better then the crap there doing in 2024. This at least has the electronic drive there still but most the lyrics are driven from ears.
