The Gaylord family is group of donors who have given the U of Oklahoma funding for stadium expansions/academics/sports for a long time.
I wouldn't recommend looking it up on Google, though. lol

what does it do if i get it?
the purchase is for a downloadable map in minecraft. the map contains the stadium just as it is in the video. Mainly for exploration, to show your friends, etc. It would also help a lot if you were trying to build the stadium on your own to see how I did it.
Jaxon Builds can i get it on any device or does it have to be pc/mac?
I've been told it can be ported for MCPE, but I make no guarantees beyond it working on PC.

so i took another look at the Download and the stadium is not complete, there are holes in the stadium, the south endzone is not complete neither is part of the upper deck.
