That is how you make use of that perk though, you want the fights to last long. Although you want to focus on getting emergency regen/armor as your survivability.
@@5illyMe yea but the problem was, he took so much that he couldn’t get to emergency health. He saw that he wasn’t getting to half hp very often and yet kept taking them. In the end he won, but still
@@corrymuth2997 To be fair, he was getting unlucky and didn’t get any emergency perk until midgame(besides the attack speed one he skipped out of carelessness). At that point, it would be understandable to focus on surviving because he had nothing to gain for being at half health. He could definitely have cut down on the max hp and gotten some vulnerabilities. He had the healing to sustain himself and the only guy that would’ve had a chance was the “This is Fine” dog. (Who would’ve gotten stomped once Sifd hit half hp because hitting emergency faster would’ve shut down “This is Fine”’s scaling)
The Trash Talk was doing very little damage because Sifd was dying before it ramped up, and the failed attemps where it did almost nothing were because Sifd died before the Ninjas finshed firing their Trash Talks. In every round where Sifd actually won, Trash Talk did more damage than that thing, and since Trash Talk is ramping damage, having more survivability would have been way better than having a relic that does damage anyway because making fights go long gives more damage.
I’ve changed my mind about how good the chair perk is, with it doing a flat 5k dmg, its great vs regulars but it’s basically useless vs the Chad who has 100khp.
Okay so I did the math and the chair perk does 4950 flat damage (before defense is applied). Just, for free. Done quicker the faster the enemy attacks. That's like, *crazy* good.
I think it should be 5050? sum_(n=1)^100(101 - n) = 5050 Add another 100 Thorns of you rown and it deals 20100 dmg, although after that you are stuck at 0 Thorns. The perk isn't very useful in most situations though. It's good if you're playing a thorns build or a high burst build that stuggles versus normal enemies rounds 26-29. Most builds scale so hard that when your enemies are down to 5050 health late game you've already won the fight anyway.
I want to see a vampire build where you take no attacking emojis and scale attackspeed to max the health you get. Combo with a regenerate % of max life and find a way to heal enemies to make yourself a scaling behemoth
Seems like the strongest character right now. The wide range of starting emojis makes it pretty easy to go towards any synergy and it's extremely easy to get very high amounts of healing set up, then he has quite a few ways to access scaling damage and make a winning build. Have been on a streak from like ascension 4 all the way up through 14 so far now that I know what to go for.
@@Thanatos9876 I'm sure wheeler could do some of the nastiest scaling stuff with his gimmick, but he can't really match priest's access to healing that can win you nearly every run. Doesn't really matter how excessively good the builds can get when the only purpose is to win. Also I've since cleared max ascension 30 with priest already lol, with only the occasional unlucky early game loss, only since you can lose to early enemies that get ult charge perks
I like how this game encourages you to build a huge deck. I want to see all that the game has to offer and skipping options can be frustrating to watch. This game design wants you to pick up as much as possible.
"Heal enhancement means that milk heals for 22 instead of 20." it also increases the heal from vampires from 3 to 5 (not the life steal, though) and the amount of health by second from regen and any other source of healing.
Emergency build is mostly the freelancer since the debt will tank you down to emergency levels immediately, not worth trying to invest to hard into it on other characters(emergency armor is fine and if the relic shows up after a boss/shop) but if anyone wants a tip for the last 1 minute achievement, filthy priest is the way to go... stack ice, get the ice gives heal enhancement, get some vampires, milk, armor(and shoot ice if you mitigate X with armor) and a few ninjas. My run enemies were constantly down to 1% attack speed(aka doing nothing but random ults from regen) and I was healing 3k+ per second between all sources.
some of the characters seem very strong, others seem quite weak. the priest in general feels good, you can kinda just spam getting attack emojis on him and always do well. bunny, focusing on evolution points, is crazy once your egg evolves to turtle level. the senpai guy is also pretty nuts focusing on his close combat skill joey heeler is kinda weird, but i feel like if you get his card mechanic down hes pretty powerful
I just bought the game after watching this video. Dark priest is broken. I did a trash talk ultimate run. On the final fight my trash talk did 32500 dmg
I absolutely love the shark girl hype train combo Just reduce energy for ult to -400 and deal 12k dmg constantly. In general she is a very good blitz character Also while playing i had a realization that the reason why she has a train for an ult is because of hype train which once it starts going it does not stop
That's like the most boring build on Priest. Spam vampires and survivability (armor, ice on armor, healing amp on ice) and get one Early Grave for scaling dmg and you have basically 100% winrate.
Also idk how much youve played the shark idol but theres a rare perk she has that makes music notes permanently lower ult meter. I managed to drop it to like 4k and ulted pretty fast
The amouny of combo and build types are nice... alot of games give an illusion of variety but the mid game is only able to get anywhere with a cookie cutter build.
A huge bug they still havnt fixed is when you choose a new perk, sometimes it gives you one or both of the others instead of the one you clicked after a battle. I have lost many MANY runs because of it picking a bad perk I didnt select.
If you are playing as the salad bunny then its one of his starting special perks 17% chance to take the other 2 cards. Besides him i havent encountered this problem
i lose it whenever he gets adhd tunnel vision and realizes too late he missed the most obvious choices ever
This game is a great watch but just not sure if it has enough content to buy
Updates.
also mods
Pirates!
I think theres more depth than what meets the eye in this game for sure and theres already updates coming so I would definitely reccomend :D

Him grabbing the brain over the 30% ult damage after saying hes focusing ults and heals physically hurt.
That "storm that is approaching" edit had me rolling! Well done!
Takes build around that requires low health, instantly takes all of the survival perks
Never change Sif

Sub optimal? Probably. Did it matter? No, he still hit 60 seconds twice and beat wave 30. Seems like it was fine to me.
The best way to capitalize on it is stacking a ton of armor to stop you from getting bursted down.
The thorns were doing more dmg than your trash talk, that's an amazing perk from the chair.

vunerable does apply to ALL damage though
