I have more discussion on this in the recent video about rooting hoyas in LECA. Basically, I water them about once a week but I don’t let much water sit in the bottom at all. I use General Hydroponics brand fert when I water. :)

I so feel your comment about leca working for you except I’m an over waterer with anxiety so leca makes me feel secure and it’s kind of idiot proof with lots of plants. Soil takes more... hands on necessity. Basically, yasssss. 😂

Do you have a link to the clear plastic trays you use? My Lowe’s does not have them and the 2 I’ve tried off amazon the pot doesn’t even fit in the even though they are 4” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I really love the ones you use though.
