- This is the most horrifying minecraft mod I have ever used! Goat man is minecraft's most horrifying mod and the man from the fog is terrifying. So I decided to add them both to my minecraft survival world....
After watching thrite and Calvin play with this mod and his video Surviving Minecraft's Scariest Mod and Calvin's I Added HEROBRINE to my Hardcore World.. Minecraft: From The Fog #1 in his Minecraft from the fog series I was inspired to test out the mod. Then after previously surviving the man from the fog I decided to add the goatman which is minecrafts most terrifying and horrifying mod possibly ever. They haunt me 24/7 in my new minecraft survival series but can I survive? Lets find out.

With how used to the random creepy sounds you got I think just proves why horror NEEDS to be subtle otherwise it ends up becoming hilarious

It would actually be scary if it was only a distant vague ambience but it doesn’t really work because Minecraft doesn’t have ambient noise

Goatman is the most annoying thing ever literally bro spawns like 6 times a night and does noises every 10s 💀 I can't play this mod without configuring it.
@@kinglish12 I actually played the mod and the noises for me come every 1-3 minutes, approximately. The average time he spawned for me during the day was once (according to the journey map) and during night I cannot tell, probably 3 times
@@mrvoidschannel359 Yeah I exaggerated, but the goatman needs to spawn and play noises less often.
@@kinglish12 that's fairly true, noises like this should be very occasional so it could catch you of guard and actually scare you. My idea is also making them sound very distant and when the goatman actually spawns, you can hear them the way you hear them now

How to survive:
1. Build a Tall watchtower that at least is as tall as the trees
2. Live in the watchtower
3: only get supplies in the day
4: happy

This is my way 1 build a safe house that is tall and block the doors with blocks 2 live in that place 3 get supplies only in day it’s way safer 4 get villagers

The Goatman (Koza Chelovak) is actually a monster from traditional Russian folklore. It’s supposed to stalk you in the early mornings, and supposedly can kidnap unsuspecting people in isolated regions and villages, such as in the thick pine or fir forests of Russia.
The night dweller is just a remake of the bogeyman in Minecraft.
The Night Dweller made more of an impression in just a single appearance than the Goatman did in ten.
While watching im like "nah this aint scary" but if i played this i would shit everyone's pants

The idea behind this is cool. But the screams and the monologues need to be more dispersed. It’s not scary if you hear it 24/7. The scariest things are when you forget you’re in danger, always the subtle reminder before the attacks. Maybe you don’t hear anything for a day or two and then BOOM he’s on you. It’s like going in the woods, you’re not gonna see a bear everytime you go in them.

Glass < fence
Any block (exept glass) > door
Make a hole 4 blocks deep 4 blocks in widht and do around the base
Or just do a wall with blocks blocking the entrance for the wall climbing entities
Do a second floor with blocks blocking the ladder
And do a Underground berry farm to get renewable food source
Or just do a tree house (cover the bottom so the night weller wont burn the tree house)
Or just do a watch tower

Amazing video! There exist a mod called "Creeping woods" which I think would fit in this series and enhance the atmosphere if you would like to add more mods to this series, aswell as "Whisperwoods" .

One tip to barricade is fences. Place fences instead of windows and when it turns night place fences in front of the door so the NIGHT DWELLA cant come in and lick you fee

@@Chiefxd.The goatman can climb walls so If you want to place fences outside to make a safe zone then make the fences be 2 blocks tall and place trap doors on top of them so when the goatman tries to climb the fences he will hit his hairy head on the trap doors. Also ples let me lick your fee

What's annoying about the Goatman sounds, aside from the ridiculous frequency, is how meaningless they seem to be, and directionless too. They'd be more effective if they indicated, say, different stalking levels or chances of him spawning, and have the sounds be 3d so they seem like they're coming from a specific direction off in the distance, with them getting louder over time, indicating a physical source that is gradually coming closer and closer, like you're being hunted. You can even have it start off with the animalistic howling echoing in the distance, progressing to the grunts and growls, and slowing becoming more human sounding as it gets closer, first pretending to be someone screaming for help to try and lure you closer, then becoming taunting as he shouts out "I see you", then finally having it whisper "run" into your ear right before he attacks. Then the sounds would be scary not just because they're creepy sounds but also because they actually correspond to the Goatman's movements as he's coming to kill you and each sound indicates the rising danger as he gets closer to you creating a rising sense of dread. Just don't have it happen too often or else it's too easy to become desensitized to it.
Instead they're just this random repetitive soundboard going off constantly which completely ruins the effect. Also some damn variety with the sounds would be nice. Different howls (not so fucking loud goddamn), different voices calling for help, different taunts, etc.
