China has just been released and out of all Nations it has definitely the most unique mechanics and possibilities in the game. With it the Meta of the Game shifts away from a vehicle focus and goes towards infantry while also making fights take longer, it´s a great Change in my opinion.

The concept of China copying the troops of others is pretty cool since it was already done economic wise. I'm also happy that they introduced the little suicide bombers bc that was the first idea I had thinking about China's military. Right now China is very strong and annoying and needs to see some nerfs , but when balanced it will be a nice fraction. Btw: cool video ;)

Yeah, of course no nation has come out that was perfectly balanced from the start. But as You say. Once it´s a bit more balanced it will be a really interesting addition to the game and make eastern asia more viable. So far there´s only india and that´s not always a great pick due to their lack of any artillery and their mobile tanks can easily be countered by anti-tank hedgehogs. Worked really for hard for this video. With footage and everything of editing and writing a text this was easily 10 hours or more.
On a recent game i had almost everyone playing china (3 allies, 2 ennemies and 1 ennemy died in late east asia)
everytime there is a new country, everybody wants to play it and try hard just to play it. Me too :D

Can you do a video on how to counter a good China player? Obviously some sort of AoE, but I find mortars slow and fairly inefficient and Germany has flamethrowers but the nation is pretty bad overall. Russian with flamethrower tanks? The china militia man is pretty fast a good up close and can take down regular tanks.

No, Germany is pretty strong. Armored Flamethrowers are the ultimate counter to china. If You have 20-50 armored flamethrowers then china is pretty much useless. Pretty bad overall, the things I have to read here :D Germany has some disadvantages. It´s very expensive and slow to get going but once you´re 60 minutes into the game it has the strongest potential in the game. Other than that, you need to visit china before they´re china. Sending a few sipakhs into their base to kill workers is very important if your scout spots some East Asian player with stables. Then You can go Turkey and set up snipers. I mean you don´t even need germany, if you just spam MG-Towers china is already almost useless. But yeah. British LMGs are also pretty good because of their higher range compared to SMGs they can take out enemy militiamen/cavalry from afar. Number one rule if you play against china, don´t give up. They can destroy your economy for a while but eventually you can regenerate as they don´t really have anything to destroy your town hall (except for hand cannoneers from medieval or Trench-Mortars in IR1 and of course RPGs in IR2. Their factory is incredibly slow so armored units of china are rarely ever a threat.

I really enjoy playing it. Especially the Mounted Guardsmen are awesome! Late game when the enemies come up with anti-infantry units China´s potential will fall off though.

What do u think is the best country I should get first? I like playing supportive and safe so I am aiming for turkey but I want your advice
To that question I always recommend either Turkey or Russia.
If You already think of Turkey, go for it.
Their snipers can deal with China. You just spam Snipers and dig them in widely spread. You can cover the whole frontline with them, defend against air and if the enemy comes with tanks you have light cannons. Only issue will be Berthas but Light Cannon spam can also deal with that now.

@@youssofm.69yearsago40 Awwww that´s so nice of you :D I really like helping out. And about the wonder of the worlds. I´ll leave you this tip. Bertha Spam can be rough, but if you get a lot of mortar towers and support them with a few extra mortars they should be able to deal with them or at least slow them down so much that they can hardly advance. Of course you cannot carry every game all by yourself but if you watch this video, you get an idea of what it may look like:

I honestly think that China is underpowered because it takes a while before China is able to get heavy units.
China´s heavy units are negligible. And since you just have to destroy one building and it will take China forever to get a new army of heavy tanks and artillery I wouldn´t focus too much on it anyway.

How can you set all you houses to one hotkey? Nice Video keep it up :)
I Select them all then press CTRL+7 (I put them on 7, if you press CTRL+4 it will be set to 4 - this works with all numbers from 1-0 above the letters) Usually I have my town hall on 1, a worker squad on 2 my barracks, shooting ranges, factories etc on 3, 4-6 is for army and then 7 is for houses with china, eastern europe and russia or any defensive units that I leave in my base

@@carloinator1833 Turkey is overall a great support. To make china work you have to be able to advance really fast and then be useful in earl IR. In the late game (after 50 minutes) you will not be much help to your team usually as china. Turkey only becomes more useful as the game proceeds and is easier to make work.
Those chinese mounted horsemen can literally destroy berthas easy. And those chinese suicide soldiers proves to us that your tanks needs infantry support.
Yeah, maybe armored flamethrowers could stop them but Germany in IR1 is helpless against that. Needs teammates to deal with them, like turkish snipers.

china seems a bit overpowered. they can get so many troops so quickly and they do quite a lot of damage ... but maybe im just bad at the game since im new XD

China definitely is very powerful if you let them rush to IR.
However during Bronze/Iron Age for example asia is rather weak. So arguably if you rush them with light knights in time then You can either destroy them or ruin their economy so that they will never have that early IR1 power spike. The first punch from China is the hardest, but as you start spamming anti-infantry units they become weaker and weaker. The foreign Supply Center is an easy target for Bombers and Artillery and without that the Militiamen and Soldiers will be sitting ducks to Death Scythes, Trench-Mortars etc. I don´t say China is balanced right now but there are typically two steps necessary when they introduce a new nation:
1. The Developers need to find the right balance for the mechanics and units that they wanted to implement.
2. The Community needs to learn how to counter the new nation´s Tactics and units.
If every nation was just a reskin of all the things we already have then the game wouldn´t be as interesting, in my opinion. I gladly accept some temporary imbalance in the game in order to have an awesome game on release day. It´s early access after all, although even League of Legends still struggles with balancing new heroes and even very old ones... balancing in games becomes ever more difficult the more variety you implement.

@@SolomonRaz nah this was really informative, dont worry about it. and i agree with you on your point that games need variety. of course its always going to be a struggle for those who dont pay in games haha but what can you do, they need the money and i personally like a challenge. :D
@@dardanleci2721 Well if You haven´t seen my light knight video yet... now with everybody going east asia is the best time for an early light knight rush that will crush them.
Struggle without paying? Well, there´s a bit of a grind and yes, temporary limitation to those who buy the imperial edition for example. But I wouldn´t call it struggle, while many games end before anybody even reaches IR.

xDin my case in 25 min when i started the horses spam they still middle age i had fun for a bit then i felt bad for them lol

i think if you are frontline you should go china but if you arent frontline you should take russia ,great britain or turkey cause china isnt that good in industrial no aircraft no mine no university
Well, China backline with Mounted Guardsmen spam is crazy strong.
But it depends on whether the enemies can easily wall themselves off or the map is open and you can sneak in with your mounted guardsmen left, right and center.
China is very versatile in the first 45 minutes and then becomes very weak, just a meat-shield spamming nation with loads of infantry. But they still have SMGs and RPGs so they´re not terrible even in late game. Just nowhere near as powerful as in IR1, that´s their time to shine.
If You go China frontline and your teammates don´t help you then you´re lost. Better Turkey in that case, I think.
Backline China is easy and strong, don´t see your point of not taking china in backline, that´s actually where they´re strongest in team-games, because the can make stables with horse archers to basically defend your whole team from getting light knight rushed.

For Russia You can watch my Light Knight Strategy and see whether You like it or not.

yeah, it´s a bit of a bad economy but it´s important to balance out their strengths.

It's for balancing their early IR power. Late game china is weak
China seems to be weak to me without naval or aviation units and only tanks from the foreign center... I will not fancy spamming infantry at all.

Well, its main strength is the spam of infantry of course. I think the foreign supply center is more like a last resort in case your teammates cannot break through by themselves. I feel like just spamming Barracks is already a really great strategy with China. Soldiers, SMGs (to save metal) and RPGs to kill players. I even used trench-mortars with them after a long time of not even touching them. Especially when there is little to no metal around China can be really useful for the team.
