Bro. Well said. Building isnt that easy but at the end of the day it worth it. Since money goes in at the initial stage and never comes back, most people normally give up which i did and now i regret it alot. So keep on pushing and you will get there.

There are lots of mistakes there were made structurally from the beginning and those mistakes can't be corrected now. I am talking about iron rods in the stirrup. with almost 400K you should have gone past this stage. The house is not that big.
Yeah you’re right, a lot of mistakes were made i tried to correct them but was too late. Sometimes i wish i knew much before starting my project. I feel sad & at the same time happy.. But have learnt a lot now. So in near future things will be great.. Thanks for your suggestions.😎
Lol 😂 u sure, i recently sold my land there.. too much of Land-guards and also far from my work. But the place is cool. My friend stays there & he barely comes to work these days. He complains about fuel & etc. I think since it’s your house it’s cool so any place is okay to start a Project.

Building is mostly for convenience although there are some situations where we build because of necessity, affordability and locale. PramPram is good if it suits you. There's a nice Beach and it's generally cool. If that's your thing then it'll work for you. Building on the hilltop with no road network is a hassle. You'll spend more for basic things.
Like i always say you need to watch a a lot of videos about building. You made a lot of mistakes and you are still making a lot of mistakes there are lots mistakes that you could have avoided. You overpaid for a lot of things. Did a lot of rework. A lot of these mistakes could be avoided.
I watch most of building videos every single day, but my mistake was the forma dat i picked from the beginning, he didn’t help me & also some of the workers as well. I understand your point, but things were late.. if you could point out current mistakes that I’m still doing i would appreciate. So let me know. Thanks.
