This song brings me to tears. I am a person who has dealt with anxiety and this song is my way of coping and explaining to people what I deal with. When the anxiety just creeps up on you and you are sitting there with your brain going 1000 miles per hour and not being able to speak so you sit in silence because you feel like not everybody understand what it's like. This song has so many meanings but this is what I have interpreted the song to be. I love it and it helps me every time I am having an anxiety attack.
