Yes that’s why they guy will go to jail for the rest of his life for 10 seconds of rage where someone offended him on the road . I got plenty of them but unfortunately 90% of todays men 20-50 feel so horrible about them selfs that They are like little kids and react pulling a gun .. as someone that has been in combat and now I work for texas department of public safety 97% of crimes with guns we investigate could had been avoided but men feel they are being disrespected and pull it out and end up in prison for years years ..

Even if you carry in your car you should never be firing at someone from your vehicle. You have the option to leave the situation in a vehicle. Unless you were stopped at a light and being carjacked there is no case of self-defense here.
Sounds like a clear case of murder to me no matter what his claims of self-defense are he was in a vehicle and could drive away that does not qualify as self-defense.
