Lyrics: Please don't bring me back to reality I keep all the monsters inside of me They keep feeding on my anxiety Please don't change your life just because of me Maybe I'm a fool for this Couldn't climb out of my own coffin Fair to say, I can't go back Maybe I'm a fool for this Train wreck that I can't stop watching Fair to say, I can't go back Left to take the blame and silence Came back to the shame and the violence Standing on the shoulders of giants We will never let them divide us. - from Mark on Discord
I think all three of them had a hand in the music. The keyboards in the verse sounds like Travis’s influence. The bass line which is so familiar sounds like a lot of Mark’s. The angels and airwaves style of guitar we’ve heard so often since the (A&A) adventure in 2005. The lyrics sound very much Mark’s work to me
@tomdavies2326 Idk I mean Tom also uses a lot of synths in his stuff too. But Travis has been mixing/producing a lot of the new stuff too hasn’t he ? Also he wrote the Hook to you don’t know what you got which I think is cool.
While he didn’t use it as much as on here he has already used it on blink songs such as More Than You Know (Verses) and then See You and I’m pretty sure Cut Me Up has some delay on there too
Travis doesn’t mix the album so you’re asking the wrong person Especially for big bands like blink and in the bigger studios and production, the producer and mixer are two separate things
It sounds great but I haven't a clue why they would do this. Mark said himself that he hates it when new songs are played live before they are released
@@javinshafer8698I like Neighbourhoods but it didn’t feel like all three of them were coming together to write a lot of the songs and it very much felt like some songs were headed up by Tom and others were headed up by Mark with not much input from all three of them together Whereas with this album you can tell they all wrote the songs together and really worked on it together rather than separately (Which I’m sure they did for some bits cuz of Tom living in San Diego) but compared to neighbourhoods, they at least write all the songs together in the same room

*blink should make more post punk sounds, with a The Cure or Joy Division vibe, Mark's more whispered tone of voice suits this a lot.*
I need this on Spotify right now!
You could easily do that yourself
September 6th. One more time deluxe releases then with this song
Already obsessed, I love everything blink does man!!
Right there with ya!
Me too bro
Such a “Tom wrote the music, Mark wrote the song” vibe to me…. Love it.
Song? You mean the lyrics?

@@newmystery7753Travis does produce but he’s not a mixing engineer
I love this ❤
Thank you so much!
Such a WDNTW type of sound 😮💨😮💨
I’m curious how or when we will see the studio release.
Probably late August
@@stewe1556😂😂 saying that like Mark didn't just confirm it for late August lol
Tom finally used delay on a blink track 😂
pretty little girl?

please travis dont fuck up the mix, reduce the pitch correction

They probably sold out
Mark, Tom, and Travis are in a new era of blink. Forget everything you know. They are gonna do whatever the hell they want and I am all in
People change their mind. Crazy concept I know
@@SamuelStrange-uy8ty they gave us something for us to enjoy, why complain about that?
I agree buddy. If they make such a definitive statement publicly they should stick to it, otherwise they lose credibility.
Already better than one more time. Hopefully Travis doesn't fuck the mixing
Definitely mid for blink. IMO.
Need studio track.
it’s pretty cool to me, like +44 and AvA had a baby
@@ImaginationMeme neighborhoods? Lmao
@@javinshafer8698 eh, neighborhoods was more or less an AvA sound intertwined with classic blink
