    Hydroglide/Spiderman (Transition)
    Step 1 - Position: First practice this at a stand still to get the form
    Step 2 - The Drop: Build up your strength to be able to do this 1 leg squat
    Step 3 - The Glide: Practice this movement at speed by turning on your inside edge
    Step 4 - Tips: This move uses a lot of space so beware of other skaters

    When i tried this it felt like i can't get low enough, thanks for your videos

      it is really about stretching, try to get into the position off ice and turn your shoulders twords the ground to lower your body. it takes time, i was very high off the ground when I started and in time it slowly got lower qs my body got more flexible.
