Sorry you've gotten so much hate in the comments on this video. It's an awesome machine and definitely has it's uses. With those tracks, it can go almost anywhere.
Love2boat92 That's RUclips for you. It's just idiots who don't understand its purpose that put it down. It's a niche machine for a very specific job. The tracks are not meant to be for extra traction. They are for low ground pressure so as not to damage grassed areas such as golf courses for example.
Awesome Earthmovers Oh ok. I see what you mean. I've gotten a lot of hate also on some of my videos. It's very cool. I'd love to try it out. It looks fun to drive and would make things easier. Lots of hand work would be eliminated.
It always amazes me when a company makes a big investment at trade shows and demonstrations, makes all the promos, and then does a "belly flop" because of a bad operator. He/she may be a nice guy/gal, but trying to do a good demo of their new equipment is not their gig. The new equipment is not shown in its best light, rather visitors come away with a negative reaction - not because of the equipment, but because how it was shown. Not a good use of marketing $$$$.
Definitely a cool piece of equipment, but it needs a 3 point hitch and maybe the ability to attach a backhoe unit to it somehow, but it is cool and probably very expensive.
i've operated tracked and wheeled skid steers. i cannot see ANY advantage to this machine over a good "conventional" skid steer. in fact, i see a LOT of disadvantages to this design. first, EVERYBODY sells undercarriage tracks and drives for "common" designs. i'm sure norcar is the ONLY place you could buy undercarriage parts for this goofy thing. and there is no way this machine will have the pushing or digging power of a standard tracked skid steer. this is just a stupid idea that someone dumped millions of dollars on in design and manufacture.
evadvalcourt A traditional tracked skid steer will rip up the ground turning. Steerable quad track won't. This is also more versatile than a skid steer with height and reach. It can be fitted with numerous different attachments as well.
Awesome Earthmovers I work for a city sewer crew now and we use tracked equipment daily. as long as you don't spin completely around using both tracks there is minimal damage to yards. I could actually see this machine doing as much if not more damage to a yard as a skid steer. the turns he is making are slight and if he had a bucket with weight it would be different.

They've reinvented the dustpan! FINALLY!!
Was i the only one that was extremely underwhelmed by this "demonstration"? it looks more like someone just playing around behind the controls.
Eric Winn + No I feel the same way. What's that attachment for? It's perfect for the sand trap at the golf course.
Eric Winn Nope I thought it was lame too just boring.

good for cleaning the cats liter box!
it reminds me of a giant kitty litter scoop.
the master of quad track is Case IH
It's for grading the sand at the beach, low tide of course.
Nice looking rig but I don't think it has enough pushing power and look how it's designed, one wrong move on sloped ground and that things going over.
Listen to how this things bogs down barely in any dirt... haha
William Walton The machine might b fine, but the ATTACHMENT sucks

So it's kind a like a Tele handler with tracks?
NO! Its a mutated giraffe on extacy.
Not really. It's more designed for landscaping and paving applications
Aww come on. Where is your sence of humor :D Very interesting machine actually. This could be a handy machine for track maintainent and stuff.
Awesome Earthmovers how does it work?
Cute toy. Just don't see it holding up well in a real construction zone. Probably be an OK snow shovel.
its a great idea with the tiltsystem
NASA APPROVED
I think is unnecessary putting tracks on this machine.Wheels are way cheaper.
I am gonna switch over to a horse arena groomer

Without a good articulating rear axle this self propelled loader is useless and dangerous in my opinion.
I'd rather have a tracked skid steer than that thing...

Awesome Earthmovers if you know how to use a skid steer with tracks you can move it around without tearing up the ground.
Jeff Franks I did a bit of operating on a tracked skid steer years ago. I presume you mean long slow turns to avoid ripping the ground up?

Wanna bees
馬力無さそう。
junk
Looks stupid and like it was designed to make money in undercarriage parts
