I 100% agree about the mattress pad! I first got one when I was in college because dorm beds are so uncomfortable. Then after college, I couldn't sleep on anything but a mattress pad. It really improves my sleep and comfortability at night!

She deserves to feel like she’s in a 5-star hotel! ♥️ She turned 16 this January but has a disability… She suddenly (overnight) went from being a crazy normal teenager to having seizures and being disabled just days after her 15th birthday. One of parents’ worst nightmares. I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. So because she spends a lot of time in bed, we upgraded her bed frame & mattress and pillows but I still owe her great sheets and a cloud-like mattress pad so she’s in heaven when she sleeps. (Upgraded mine too cause mama is a mess. Depression is no joke) We all deserve a little piece of heaven!!! Love your husband’s video intro btw! So fun

The firestick/TV to artwork trick is good, I also go to RUclips but I find the ten-hour fireplace for fall & winter & spring & summer, aquarium live stream, plus the kitties like watching the colorful fish :)

I think you’ve got to do a mattress budget or boujee. We had a Serta iConfort in 2011 (wonderful!), got a couple different ones after 8 years and settled on Leesa hybrid and wow I’m impressed. Never thought I’d go back to springs but it’s the best!
A bonus is that bamboo is one of the most sustainable linens ever because it grows quickly and requires almost no pesticides! I have been using bamboo sheets forever and they are amazing!
