But what I really like about your videos is how you travel all over and the way you treat everyone you encounter is beautiful. So respectful and grateful of the talents of each the individual you encounter. And you always show so much appreciation for the hard work the folks put into making their dishes. You have such a beautiful spirit....your parents did a great job with you. I wish everyone treated other people the way you do. Have a good day.
I've been watching for a while now and just have to say that your videos have opened my eyes to many, many cultures full of flavor, good cheer, and love from the people. It really gives a person the appreciation of how many people live on this planet and the joy of eating and sharing great food. Thank you so much!

I'm from Uzbekistan but now live in the USA, I can't even explain my missing for food and unbelievable fruits, melons, everything. The vegetables and fruits in the US don't taste like ours. Mark is making me salivate every episode of Uzbekistan food. People are so kind and friendly that's how we are taught and raised. Our parents taught us to be hospitable and be kind for everyone. If you go to Uzbekistan, trust me you will not be hungry and stay in the street. People will help you. So Guys! Welcome to My Country, Welcome to Uzbekistan! You will have an unforgettable memory.
This is so true. I'm originally from South Kazakhstan near the Uzbeki border and near Tashkent and I'm missing the Uzbek food quality, too. Bytheway, my father's best friend was a Tajik and his hospitality was unbelievable. I greet you out from Germany, my Central Asian brother.
Absolutely a wonderful opportunity to travel through this country of Uzbekistan with melons and food. The people are a treasure of this country with their smiles and generosity of heart. Love your interaction with the people of Uzbekistan, Mark, with your friendliness and attitude. Micah is a doll and growing so big. God Bless, P.S. the country is beautiful with fields, nice highways and great markets.
I'm amazed at the cleanliness and organization of the Uzbekistan markets. Definitely putting this on my list of travel destinations, thanks for bringing us along on your adventure Mark!!
I'm from Kazakhstan. We are neighbours with Uzbekistan and "sibling" nations. A lot of people from Uzbekistan come to work to Kazakhstan and Russia due to their low income situation. I definitely can state they are not rich country. But they have a lot of potential. Uzbek cuisine is one of my favourite foods in all over the world. I lived in England, Germany, China, Australia and travelled few more countries. And I would say, you will never find such an authentic and clean places as in Central Asia. I wonder if you visited Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. Its' worth to see. They are all unique and special in their own way. Keep going with your series! Love it!
