But what I really like about your videos is how you travel all over and the way you treat everyone you encounter is beautiful. So respectful and grateful of the talents of each the individual you encounter. And you always show so much appreciation for the hard work the folks put into making their dishes. You have such a beautiful spirit....your parents did a great job with you. I wish everyone treated other people the way you do. Have a good day.

Uzbek cuisine is one of my favourite foods in all over the world. I lived in England, Germany, China, Australia and travelled few more countries. And I would say, you will never find such an authentic and clean places as in Central Asia.

I've never felt prouder to be Uzbek until watching this video! I was born in Uzbekistan and lived there until I was 10 years old. There hasn't been a day gone by where I don't miss Uzbek food. The scent of my granddad's green tea and walnuts from our own garden wafting in the air, sun dried "qurut" (dried cheese balls), fresh hot "non" bread, picking unripe green apricots and eating them with salt, playing outside from morning til night and climbing trees. That is what an Uzbek childhood is all about. O'zbek taomlarni judayam sog'indim, yurtimizdan faxrlanaman, barcha O'zbeklarga baht va omad tilayman!
