Uinta Highline Trail Trip Planning

We share the details of the planning for our 110 mile thru hike of the Uinta Highline Trail in Utah. This rugged, but beautiful, trail is mostly above tree line and has breathtaking views but is susceptible to storms and bad weather. We also plan to summit King's Peak. At 13,475 feet, it is Utah's highest peak. This 8 day trip with no resupply and long water carries means we will have heavy packs. I am going on this trip by Miyagi and The Mule.
