I just discovered this guy yesterday and I just can't get enough of him.. Absolutely love his presence.. He knows exactly how to interview.. he knows how to articulate and carry on a conversation without all the extra BS.. This guy is so old school for real just 100% SOLID

I get what Melvin Farmer means. The gang related activity produced the results that broke black unity and essentially stopped the civil rights movement. Doesn’t matter if that isn’t the outlook or intent. It’s the end result. Listening to these videos and interviews with OGs it stuck out in my mind how this stuff started in the late 60s and early 70s. Right behind the movement which was from 54 to 68
