Transforming Nutella & Lotus Biscoff Snacks into Irresistible Mini Cheesecakes !

In this video, I turn Nutella & Go and Lotus Biscoff & Go snacks into irresistible mini cheesecakes! Here's how:
Prepare the Cheesecake Mix: I start by removing the cream from the Nutella and Lotus Biscoff snacks and mixing it with Philadelphia cream cheese and one egg yolk until smooth.
Create the Crust: I break the breadsticks from the snacks into small pieces and place them at the base of a heart-shaped small tray. Then, I add a bit of melted butter to help the crust stay together.
Assemble the Cheesecakes: I pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smoothing it out evenly.
Add the Toppings: I sprinkle some colorful sprinkles on top for a fun and festive touch on the Nutella one while on the lotus I sprinkle a lotus biscuit crust .
Bake: I bake the mini cheesecakes in the air fryer at 150°C on baking mode for 12 - 13 minutes.
