@@alucard4860Dismantling wouldn’t work, their duties and agents would just get picked up by whatever agency picks up their duties most likely the FBI. It would accomplish nothing and their funding would just be diverted to that agency.

Leagaly they can not do it. Laws have to go through senate and congress to become law.
Because nobody with force to match has told them they can't. If a bunch of thugs can kick down your door and zip tie you for breaking their rules (and nobody stops them), they have effectively created laws.

My father was a WWII vet and he warned me about this shit when I was a teenager back in the 70s.
There was a time when I would have been (conditionally) ready to accept NICS checks on (almost) every transaction; but that was before I recognized that the burden of proof for a NICS denial was on the buyer and that the presumption of innocence was inoperable in aft actions.
... then I found out the aft would rather kill you than arrest/charge/try you... and now it's gonna be basically impossible to get me behind ANYthing the fed considers 'reasonable'.
THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS NON NEGOTIABLE!
The only sad part is that taxpayers will have to cover the costs of the ATF defending their illegal actions in yet another lawsuit.

Remember, when you did something similar, your viewers donated a good amount of money that went to fight for our Second Amendment Freedoms. Everyone was surprised and pleased the amount received by your loyal listeners that went for the fight.
1. Pick a headline that describes the purpose of the broadcast.
2. Pick a day where you get the most viewers.
3. Advertise ahead of time so members will be looking out for it.
4. Invite guest[s] from Gun Owners of America, Firearms Policy Coalition, Second Amendment Foundation, etc..
4. Perhaps, have a drawing of those who donated to receive a gift.
5. If possible, allow donations to be donated even after you are off air.
