i think the issue was that jlo needed too much attention around her person, even from ben as a supporter. jlo is used to be the centre all the decades. in that case she lost the ground under her feet.

Ben's 'new' home on Riviera Ranch Road - built in 1941 - is in BRENTWOOD, not Pacific Palisades. He purchased it July 7 and closed escrow on July 24. It's only one mile from his kids. The Cliff May architecture is Country French, not Spanish. While the main house has just one floor, with garden views from most rooms, the guest house is two stories. There is no "barn" but there is a row of horse stables across from the dining room. Lovely pool and tons of greenery

I agree especially since California is a 50-50 split property state for a divorce. If they are still married, legally she would own half of it for his new house. Therefore I don’t think he would buy anything until they are actually divorced. So the paperwork to dissolve their marriage has been filed and it’s just a matter of time before announcing it
