Nice and Creative Videos, This is really my favorite channle.:). I really glad to see your post and your world was so brilliant. 🌴🌴🌴 excellent and Much appreciated!!🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 from: Sunnyvale City Santa Clara
This makes sunnyvale look cold and aseptic: no pedestrians, no bikes, just streets buildings and cars. But of course this is how it is, this is not a European style downtown. It skips Murphy avenue, the ‘real’ downtown, and the only place I hang out along with sometimes the library. It makes me consider doing a similar video but by bike and on a Saturday morning. Problem: equipment to film this without shaking too much.
OMG!! I left there in 3-2000, I was working full time and my husband also would worked full time at AT&T Both of us had good jobs, 2 kids, living in what took us months to find cuz housing was so hard back then and most likely harder now, we got a trailer home $1600.00 a month, had my brand new jetta towed becuase they the trailer park owners put there equipment in my parking spot so I parked on the side of my trailer and they took my car, I pay had to 400 dollars to get it out, I asked the managers about it and they said they would not refund me that is when I said im out of here!
Hey Rhoda, thanks for watching and commenting on my video. You are so right, it even harder to afford living in the Bay Area. Sound like you went through some tough time back than. Hope you and family are doing well now. Have a blessed day my friend👍🙏
I haven't watched all your videos yet, Mr. Owen, but this one featuring Sunnyvale has some of the nicest looking roads and ease of traffic. Out of all the cities you've driven in CA, how would you rank them from 1 to 5 for best roads and ease of traffic? Thank you.
I would give this city close to a 4. I have been in this area at least once a month and this city downtown look so nice and neat. Thanks for watching this video friend.
I think I would love the Bay Area, but there's just no way we could afford it unless my wife and I were each making 60k+ a year. Great video, as always!
I think Bay Area pays more due to cost of living here. Just for example: In n Out burger places pay at least $17 minimum wage. My sister doing property management doing 125K a year.
One of the things I like about Cali is they jobs usually pay way more than in any places in the country but also the cost of living is higher, but honestly I still feel is cheaper to live in the Bay Area than in NYC. This is coming from someone living in NYC, the cost of living is less there than here.
This place is filled with 1,5-2m houses 🤯
So dang expensive here. Even cost me more money to drive around Sunnyvale😅. (Fuel)
Thank you for leaving your comment, Shrek.

It looks modern with no homelessness

It's like being a slave for money
