The fabrics, the lovely ,clever designs and the beautiful way the clothes kiss the women’s bodies as they walk down the runway.,simply weep with admiration at the timeless elegance of it all. Its a breath of fresh air in contrast to the unwearable , clown like clothes I’ve seen at some shows. Do those designers hate women🇵🇪?
Are these clothes inspired by the Harlequin clown ? It's a serious observation. And it is wearable, although I think only tall, thin women with angular bones look good in Armani, not curvy women. You have to have small breasts and straight hips, which is why I find Armani womenswear too "masculine".

The house would make alterations to fit the proportions of the customer, no matter what shape or size. The runway shows are to present the collections in the best light and most covetous way so they use beautiful models with "perfect" bodies. Most haute couture fashion are for a certain select section of society only but a fantasy for most ordinary people anyway. The Armani collection is one of the most elegant and feminine collections in a fashion season.

Armani is indeed elegant, but I've always felt there is a masculine edge to his clothes, the femininity is not soft and sensuous, its more hard edged, sharp shoulders, a lot of pants, tailoring, its not Donna Karan which IMO is the feminine version of Armani's minimalism.

Armani doesn't make clothes for curvy women, if a curvy women wore Armani, her curves would be hidden, ( Armani doesn't like curves on a woman IMO ) whereas Donna Karan celebrates a woman's curves, so you don't necessarily need to have a hourglass figure. ( but it looks best in DK ). Every designer has a favorite body shape, like Chanel is for the gamine, Versace is for the Amazonian, Dior is for the classic, YSL is for the very tall and thin, less curves like Armani but even more extreme etc

I'm not rich or famous and not in his "target" audience but OMG how "wearable" his clothes are. I'm not able to afford "couture" but this will trickle down to his ready to wear and they are not out of reach. These are all "timeless" wearable for years to come. Unless you are part of the 1% who can afford couture then most will never know if the "Armani" top, jacket, pants, etc are this season or 10 seasons ago!! He has no need for outlandish shapes that have never appeared on any human in order to show his "creative" side as so many designers, he relies on his knowledge of what is wearable and what is pure comic fantasy which other designers always seem to again interpret as wearing nothing that can be worn comfortably or even fitting human anatomy!! His designs are feminine, sleek and elegant!! Love them!! Bravo Mr. Armani!!

(6:59) Another color standout was the green trim at 9:10. loved the dress at 10:15. The use of harlequin seemed to add a lot of depth and pattern to the fabric.
