That was straight up of them , Ryobi warranty claims are just impossibly nuts. I don’t know what you paid fo it, but I bought the Ryobi drill and impact driver kit 4 years ago, with 2of the small capacity batteries, and a charger, for $99.00. Absolutely no complaints. The Depot has them on sale now. From small engines to indoor use just fine. Even the 3.0 Ah batteries are on sale, 2 for 84.99, that’s what you want. Plenty of torque. Happy Holidays my friend. Jim
Great video. Sometimes it is hard to beat an inexpensive tool unless you use it a lot. Never seen the inside of a battery drill. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing
Great job WORX customer service. I think I will give them a try. How old is your Bosch drill..I like how compact it is for working on mowers etc... Thank you Hank for all the excellent, detailed videos.
I wonder if worx makes the hyper tough brand for Walmart. The drill looks very close to the ht one I just got as part of a 3 pk ( impact, drill, work light, 20v 1.5 amp/hr battery) for 50 and change. On another note I saw somewhere that makes batteries that will fit certain power tools that fit the Proprietary battery pack of the tool maker.
Sorry beg to differ, my 366 lasted 9 years it built two workshops a 9 metre by 4 metre deck, countless troughs and wooden counters, cabinets and thousands of pop rivet holes through steel and never skipped a beat, it died today burnt the motor out. It’s had heavy use and kept in going

I like worx tools like the little blower. I'm thinking about getting the worx jigsaw
You could say the warranty really worx
Is the sparking normal?
On these cheap drills? Yea it’s just the brushes making contact
Actually WORX's ergonomy outperforms even the big names. Their only disadvantage is they are really not for heavy duty use, and they don't last long.
