Advert at 4:06 made circa 1968 and the baby would be aged over 50 now ! The White Heather toffees probably pulled out many tooth fillings back in the day.

Are you able to find a black and white TV advert from Christmas early 60s showing a Christmas tree with Timex watches hanging on it and the jingle Ring the bells with Christmas Timex, tick a tick a Timex tra la la.? It would be great to see/hear this advert again. Thanks for all the ones you have already posted.

@ 3:03 the Hartley's 'NEW' jam ad was typical of those days where the 'lady' of the house would wear gloves whilst going about town. I've watched a lot of films from that time and if you was 'posh' you'd wear gloves, or if you wanted to appear higher up the social ladder you'd wear gloves.

Actually, eggs are one of the most perfect forms of protein in existence, because your body can use all of it, unlike most forms of protein where your body can only use some of it. Eggs and dairy products aren't even the high cholesterol risk that they were once thought to be. This is really more of a 80's/90's concern, folks. Relax a little.

these ads hurt me alot. I was born in the 2000s and I'm a 12 year old girl that loves loves loves 60s anything or anything related to the late 50s to 60s. I was born in the wrong generation but i love it cause i have the access to get all of the rock n roll of the 60s but most times I wish I was born in the 60s because I want to see or experience how people lived. It's crazy that in the 2020s decade all the bands we like are going to be 60 years old.

Did anyone notice? in the sixties political correctness was not forced down your throat and there was no begging adverts or death insurance adverts to keep reminding you of your impeding death. In the sixties adverts were designed to make you smile which was a lot more entertaining then the ones we have today.

If she had put the lid on the pan the jam would have been cooked the same way as Hartleys. Real Fresh Cream, an egg a day - blocks arteries. Most of these don't exist any longer, they could not have been much good. Everything is so different now. These look so ancient, like centuries ago.
