"Nefrin" by Artoush, seems to be an older version than from the actual album "Nefrin". If you have more information about this track, please let me know.
The older version was published in a record in 1960s in which he sings "geryeha kon", but here he sings "geryeh makon". He soon left for Armenia and then moved to California after several years. Probably, the songwriter is Parviz Vakily (?), and perhaps the melody was composed was made by Varoojan, Soren, or Zaven, or. I bought the record in 1347, but I do not remember the details. Vigen told me in 1990, in an unpublished interview in Miami that he pushed and encouraged Artoosh to sing. With only this memorable romantic-melancholic song he will be remembered for ever. If somebody knows more, he or she can she it with us. Artoosh himself can tell us from Los Angeles too.
