This is a review of the iconic Sharon Stone Statue from Basic Instinct. This 1:4 Scale piece by Blitzway is just one of their many movie based statue pieces
“…Cigarette pocket book or whatever it’s called I don’t smoke”. I don’t smoke either, but I know it’s called a cigarette case. “Her hair, her “weave” or whatever it’s called I don’t style women’s hair.” Neither do I, but I know it’s called her “hair style”.
Great review! Sharon Stone/basic instinct help mold me into a man when I was a young adolescent. I wish they had switch out legs of the most paused scene of all movie history....
Great review of a great statue. I don't collect statue's but as Basic Instinct is my favourite move this would definitely appeal. The design of the base is the same pattern on the glass of her front door of the 'beach house' as another poster has already commented. Personally I would have liked to have seen the golden abstract triangles from the films opening sequence on the base. Would love them to do a statue of Sharon during the opening murder scene, I'm guessing they wouldn't have any trouble selling them!! 😃
It looks so cool and its very expensive and I would like that Sharon Stone did Basic Instinct and it made her a huge mega star. She did Total Recall, The Specialist, Casino, Sphere, Intersection, Sliver, She was a B movie actress for a while and then she finally got noticed. Blitzway does amazing stuff. Its expensive.
Glad you mentioned the face sculpt. Reason because I'd like to get the Vito Corleone piece when it comes out. How is the skin tone? Does it look too glossy? Great review. 👍
Hmmm no "package" lol but you redeemed yourself on this one. Nice piece and great review as always. When prime 1 comes out with the Gantz Reika (wonderfest) pieces I will be waiting :)
I love Blitzway and their pieces. The Bruce Lee game of death piece, which I have, is still the best Bruce Lee piece ever made. I like this Sharon Stone, Basic Instinct piece, and may eventually add her to the Empire. I wish Blitzway would make Pieces based off of Classic Hip hop, R&B, and classic Rock stars.
I would love to have that Bruce Lee statue. Had to settle for a custom 1/6 figure which I love but that statue would look wonderful in my setup. Of course, the price for it is really up there now
@@Greego yeah I paid a pretty penny for him, but he's worth it. Bruh, you may just have to shell out that dough, cause he would definitely look right in your collection.
@@romeross1557 I feel you, man. I haven't stopped looking at photos of that Bruce Lee statue since you mentioned it. First thing I did when I got home was go to the basement to scope out a spot. Thought I found one then starting rubbing my chin in deep thought before my girl texted me a photo just now from an estate sell auction. Apparently, an old Twilight Zone pinball machine is about to go up for bids...Man, that pinball machine would look great next to my arcade cabinet...been wanting one for a couple of years now but I have the same issue with gaming machines as I have with statue and that is space! Have to do a little thinking now... I may have to move my dog's room upstairs.
@@romeross1557 I am aiming for this summer for a follow up tour. I have a really nice custom display piece coming in a couple of months. I haven't decided what I will put in it though. I had this Sharon Stone statue on preorder. I am kind of regretting cancelling it now. I want more variety in my setup now. You mentioned some great ideas. I at least have Marlon Brando's Godfather on preorder.

You must be very proud how you can accurately describe toys

She looks amazing but Blitzway should have done a beaver exclusive version as well, lol
Owww The Good OL 90's Thoses Were The Days!!!
Nice Piece... And As Always
KEEP STACKING DIM STATUESSSSSSSS!!! 💪👊
The glass could could represent her addiction to cocaine

base represents actually design from the glass of the front door on Catherine tramell house in the movie.
Good spot, I've watched BI many times and knew the design on the base related to something on the film but just couldn't connect it to anything.
SHE LOOKS COOL. MAD CONGRATS.👊🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Beautiful piece! Hopefully they’ll come out with a 2nd version of this Figure, preferably the “Bed Scene” Edition👍🏼
Like the black mirrored floor,
Loved that scene when i was a kid lol.
Wonder if she has one of these in her home somewhere
I would demand it if they were using my likeness
@@TheXtremeChannelMrX me too lol
