Rear sway bar is over looked and they change the handling of any car. I had a 2004 MINI Cooper S and that was the knly suspension i did to it and it handled amazing
Window visors are in my top first mods list because they are extremely affordable & very necessary on these cars since the water drips directly onto the power window switches while driving 🤦♂ Plus the added functionality of blocking sun & helping the overall aesthetics of the car in general makes it in the top first mods. Fit's need more aftermarket support for all generations especially GD3.
usually the first thing i do to my cars there cheap like under 50, easy to install and as a smoker i can now constantly keep my car vented for fresh air

Aftermarket stereo would be my number 1 first mod, which is what I did in my 2012 Fit. I've since sold that Fit for a 2018 model and AFAIK, if I swap out the standard stereo unit, I lose access to the side mirror camera, which I can't imagine being without, so my stereo is still stock. Everything I've done to my 2018 Fit I'd call just accessories, not mods. Such as rain guards, the trunk cover, and custom seat covers.

I’m looking into picking one up at the end of august. (Can’t get it this month because I’m moving at the end of the month and that first month rent and fees burning a hole in my wallet) I’m plan to daily but doesn’t mean I’m not gonna rip into it a little. First mod I plan to do is remove the rear seats I know it’s a 4 door but I rarely have more then 1 other person in my cars. Plus more room to carry my airsoft/paintball gear.

wheels before coilovers CAN LOOK GOOD if you have the right specs and tire specs... i had 14s bottlecap wheels from an old 1989 E30 on a 08 Yaris ........with 32mm (1 1/2) spacers on all 4 wheels... that thing looked as good as ever..... dont OVER SPEND on wheels if you stay stock height is what you should have said
I have a black honda fit like yours and i want the same wheels you have but the titanium silver, im on ktuned coilovers …. Not the bestbut they ight! Im looking for a more stock feel so might be swaping to the tein basics
I go with injen technology air induction kit 16' alloy wheels, tein coilovers, rear sway bar, rear body roll Reinforce bar, front hard race stabiliser bar, hard race D bushes and at 130mph it sticks like glue😆 every day to work with standard exhaust, soon to fit a full decat system from the header jist can't find a down pipe🫤
Had a 2008 I drove into the ground. 200k of hard miles commuting in DFW. I just picked up an 11 for shi^s and giggles and to use as a daily. I highway commute 90 miles roundtrip so my SUV is getting parked. My question is when it comes to suspension for this little guy, is there an economical way to gain some performance and feel more planted without loosing ride height? I live off a highway down about 1.5 miles of dirt road and conditions can be a bit rough even creeping. Im worried about leaving a trail of body trim behind me. On a side note, I enjoy your enthusiasm and honesty. Even old farts like myself like driving a fun car. Subbed.
RS-S sus down springs and Bilstein B4 struts/shocks all the way around, done. you lose less than an inch in overall ride height, and still maintain more than enough compliance for a comfortable ride. not to mention it certainly gives a better overall look to the wheel/tire-fenderwell gap and just the general presence of the car.

i feel like it’s better to buy wheels first then coils so when you lower the car you already have wheels and not running stocks
