Cute style, I always prefer my puff to have definition from my two strand twists and I use satin hair ties to make a bow, but the bandana is cute. As for the gel, I still have a large tub of the olive oil gel from over 5 years ago lol

Comfortably Plump hmmm for "everyday" I'd go with the D.E.. but for edges that stay put all day long!! Definitely the snot lol

Since u have on white, go with the red. More popping. If you had on a red blouse, go with white.

I know we have completely different hair but i'm wondering if I could find a way to use the satin ribbon to pull up my hair up one handed, my left is paralyzed. Now i'm curious thank you for the inspiration V!
If you haven't figured it out yet. I have had some success with using a ribbon that is folded in two, wrapping that and pulling the ends through the loop where it is folded over. This allows a single hand tightening of the ribbon. I have also had some success with a longer ribbon wrapped loosely multiple times around my head before pulling tight. But that seems to rely on the friction my natural hair gives to the ribbon so it pulls tight rather than just spinning. Maybe a textured ribbon would catch on itself or maybe you could Bobby pin. One end of the ribbon to something to create the tension needed to tighten.

I had 1 jar of that gel (the argan kind) and never again I think I got to maybe half & trashed it. It flakes the outcome is pretty but I just do not like gel in my hair. I don't like cream, soufflé, or mousse either. Any other suggestions? I don't like to add too much to my hair b/c I hate buildup.
