    Beurre Monté = fluffed butter. It’s beurre monté en crème. Butter Fluffed up as a cream.

    I've made hollandaise sauce but I have not made something as simple as this. What the heck? This is fantastic. I do have an immersion blender, oh yes. I always use grass fed in anything that I make requiring butter. I ran across a brand from New Zealand called Anchor and fell in love with it. Then the store stopped carrying it and I haven't been able to find it since. Very sad. I do use Kerrygold as well, but I'm wondering what your favorite grass fed butter has been? Thanks, Mikie!

      Rachel yea I actually love anchor! But usually use kerrygold because of its availability pretty much everywhere. Plus the Costco deal is unmatched 🙌🏼

    Hmmmmm, Not quite. Beurre monté in France refers to the beurre blanc sauce. It's actually farine et beurre (flour and butter). Which the french commonly used as a thickening agent.

      I mean I don’t speak a lot of French but I, as well as all of my peers had been schooled that “Beurre monte” or a “monte au Beurre” translates to “mounted butter” , which describes everything in this video. Flour and butter (or any fat) used as a thickening agent is a roux. This is common knowledge among every chef I’ve ever met as well as the greatest chefs who ever lived, not sure where youre getting your info

      Beurre Blanc involves mounting butter into a vinegar / wine reduction , I also have a video on that

    Beurre monté = Mountain better. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
    Beurre monté means mounted or emulsified butter.
    French for mountain butter is beurre de la montagne.
    Why English spoken people have to make fools of themselves all the time?
