Note: This is a re-uploaded version of the list, fixing a small typo with regards to Chuya's surname, adding a picture, and changing some shifts in the pictures.
This must be a joke ^^" Odasaku on place 24 and under Koyou??? He would kill her in literally under 10 seconds. And since Randou would have killed Chuuya and Dazai in a 1 vs 1, he should be over those 2 in any way. This complete list is such a nonsense that it hurts. And Fukuchi under Fukuzawa is also SO wrong, because he would have killed Fukuzawa if he didn't wanted to die on purpose. The person who made this list is nuts.
1) What's your proof? Do note that Odasaku only fared well against Akutagawa due to Akutagawa's injured arm.
2) Randou is only stronger than BASE Chuya. Corrupted Chuya completely wrecked him.
3) It's not like Fukuzawa wanted to kill him either, which is something Fukuchi subtly points out. Even if you don't take that into account, even if we go with the idea that only Fukuchi was holding back, it still speaks a lot about Fukuzawa's strength for him to, with a normal sword, stand his ground against Fukuchi and his space-time slashing sword, AND THEN eventually holding said space-time slashing sword.
Also, could you not be so rude in your tone? It makes you look like the one who's nuts, I'm afraid.

1) I did talk about Akutagawa and Koyou, read what i write. I never meantioned Aku here. Also, even if it would be Aku, he can dodge all of Rashoumon anyways. He also doesn't need bullets, which Aku could defend anyway. His goal would be getting fast into Akus range, even before Aku would getting serious and uses his Demonic Armor. So yeah, he would also still win against Aku.
2) He only uses Corruption together with Dazai. I talked about a 1 vs 1 against Randou, not about a 1 vs 2 involving Dazai.
3) We don't know if Fukuzawa wanted to kill him before he learned the truth. Thats speculation. Fukuchi holding back isn't just an idea, thats wrong. His whole goal was that Fukuzawa was winning after an intense fight and then leads the army of mankind as he stated in Poes book. Of course Fukuzawa is strong, we all know that. But he can't win in a fight against Amenogozen and a serious Fukuchi at all if he rewinds time without holding back and stabs him in the heart instead of other places on purpose. Sure, Fukuzawa defended himself multiple times in an amazing way and his strikes were perfect. But that still wasn't enough at all.
And no, sorry, i can't. I say my opinion as honest as i can and don't intend to ever change this ;)
1.I know that you were initially talking about Odasaku and Koyo. I only mentioned Akutagawa because I had the gut feeling you were going to base off your arguments for Odasaku being higher using Odasaku's fight with him. And, looking at this, I was half-right.
And anyways, with your logic Odasaku attacking someone before they even release their full strength, does it really make him stronger? Pragmatic, yes, but actually stronger? No.
2.Mate, Chuya can activate Corruption by himself if he wants to. It is his own power. Look at his fight with Lovecraft. Dazai is only needed to deactivate the Corruption.
3.We do know. Even before the truth comes out, Fukuchi chides Fukuzawa about how soft he has become after the war. It is also shown that Fukuzawa wanted to die just as much as Fukuchi (at least initially), thinking it was his fault Fukuchi turned out this way. Lastly, the narration makes it clear that Fukuzawa only went all out in the final part of the fight, and even then seemed more interested in dealing with the One Order first, and ultimately couldn't properly land the finishing blow. The whole chapter this is in is called "You Simply Can't Kill Me".
Secondly, yeah, maybe Fukuzawa might lose against a serious Fukuchi with Amenogozen, even if we go with the above idea that Fukuzawa is also holding back his lethal blows. I admit, I can't shake off that notion. But how about when he himself has that blade himself, as I mentioned in the video?
Being honest does not mean you have to be rude. They do not exist hand-to-hand. If anything, that rudeness ironically makes you come across as insincere, unfactual and biased. Suppose you compare someone who presents criticism rudely, and someone who presents criticism in an affable tone. Who do you think is talking with his head rather than out his ass?

Well, that hax is decently powerful, but in my honest opinion, in a 1v1, I doubt it helps against those who are just overwhelmingly more powerful. It only helps if Fukuchi and the opponent are already neck to neck. Avoid avoidable fatal blows and all that. Against those overwhelmingly stronger opponents, Fukuchi would better use the hax to either flee from the fight from the start, or get assistance.
