I have just installed a similar unit from another company and I have some issues. The screen is polarized so that when wearing my polarized sun glasses the screen is black! And I just tried putting the memory card in my PC to view some video and while the resolution is 4K the high amount of compression (file size about 75 MB per minute of 4K video) makes the details much too fuzzy, can't even read license plate that is not far away. How can I find a unit with true high resolution and not polarized?
Only laminated display I know off is the Carpodgo but their model doesn’t have a dash cam. I suggest you do some research to find what you’re looking for. Even 4K dash cams will compress the video down to save on storage space.
Hi, I'm Zoe from Atoto. I watched your video carefully and found that the exclusive video viewing data on your RUclips channel is really great, and your explanation and analysis of the product are very detailed and easy to understand. We would like to give you a free car radio for review, looking forward to your reply
Lots of reviews of these units failing after a few months, please report back on the longevity as this is the most important factor in buying one of these (random resets, bricked altogether etc.)
I rarely use most of the products I review long term as I have too many, however I will be giving most of these screens away so in the case of these I will be able to give long term review albeit they won’t be in my possession. I’ll and post a video in a years time to see how they hold up.
I prefer the shape of the Lamtto in theory as the screen is more usable and looks bigger, however in practice once in the car the lower and wider aspect ratio of the eonon is actually better and looks more “stock”. It also obstructs your view less and is easier to find a place for in my car so I actually prefer that. I have more videos coming of these types of products so stay tuned for those 👍🏽
You don't seem to realize that many times when you are waving your hand in the frame the thing you are trying to show is hopelessly out of focus. Very frustrating to watch.
Did you already got the rc14?
Is the form factor the only difference between those two models? Or does the rc14 have better specs?

Can you turn off front camera and record the rear one only?
Don’t think that’s an option

You’re literally the only person who’s made this comment so clearly it’s not frustrating for others.
