It’s quite ironic that the Figure 8 Circuit didn’t return in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe considering that it is in the shape of an 8. Also 8th comment ironically enough.
@Mario87456 This is just my guess, but I think when it was introduced in Brawl, it was intended to be a generic Mario Kart themed stage, so they kept the name generic too, including when it was brought back for SSB4. But for Ultimate, they thought it loosely resembled the track from MKDS, so they changed the name.
@@koemon_exe I see though I believe it was also because of the Mario Kart 8 stage of the same same and by the way the course seems to be hated online for being apparently “boring” although I would have liked for it to return in 8 just because it is shaped like an 8.
If added, it should be a battle track with ramps, antigrav, a lot of items, boost panels, etc. Can’t imagine the fun on renegade roundup. I’m really sad the BCP is done and we’re stuck with the SAME 8 tracks to battle on
i guess that this track was so dull that most of the stadium part of it except the road was demolished and now the track takes place in an abandoned forest after the setting around the road started to grow lots of plantlife
I don't know, but this one is smaller than the DS version. The DS version took longer than 1 minute. It might look better than the DS version, but in length it's far from a yes.
@@sullivans2004 no they are, Yoshi Falls is terrible, but it's not as bad as Figure 8-Circuit, because at least the track has speed boosts. Desert Hills is one of the weaker nitros in DS, but at least the track looks more interesting than Figure 8-Circuit, and at least there is more happening unlike a track that is shaped like an 8 and has nothing on it.

And also with it being a stage in smash ultimate
@@koemon_exe Well yes although it was originally called Mario Circuit for some reason.

@Mario87456 Yeah i was really hoping it'd be in the booster course pass
R.I.P Patrick Bet He Would have Loved this if this actually appeared on the bcp

why is it in the middle of a forest 😂😂 where’s the stadium?
They didnt pay the lease in 2007, this is the result 17 years later
This is a fan made remake
Its fun, but the problem with the track is also because it is in a boring stadium :(
This R. O. B. mod is awesome.
Better than Nintendo DS version
Everything is

instead of figure 8 circuit its figure 8 forest
Forest 8 circuit
This should have 5 laps
Or 8 laps to really stick to the 8 theme
I mean you can put sprinkles on a turd, at the end of the day its still shit
The DS version is the worst nitro track in that game
Desert Hills and Yoshi Falls are far worse.

@@iLoveBread260 figure 8 circuit is carried by music and nostalgia
@@sullivans2004 How is it even carried by the music when it's literally the same music from DS Mario Circuit
Tick tock clock is way worse
