Did you get a reply about updating your existing WX7CS001 to WX7CS002. I have all the modules for the TWX7 workcentre and considering I registered all modules, I never knew the saw had been updated. You would think Triton would have contacted existing registered customers, offering all items needed to update earlier saw. I have contacted Triton direct, but haven't had a reply yet. Regards Andy
Totally agree, if you check the Triton stock photos the u shape faces up not down. He also states the instructions tell you what's supplied in the box, which is totally untrue, and that goes for all tools and modules for the TWX7 workcentre. Considering I registered all of the tools and modules on the Triton site, you would think as a previous customer Triton would have contacted you to let you know the saw had been updated, and I say updated very loosely. Now to put the saw in and out of the TWX7 workcentre you first have to remove plates which cover previous finger slots, which no longer makes it portable, because you cant leave the saw in the workcentre in the folded position, which Triton claimed you could on the site builder original RUclips video, and I think that was a lie then. Surety if lifting the original construction saw in and out via the open slots, which is a trapment area, Triton should have rectified the saws already sold, as a courtesy to those previous customers who's tool was no longer fit for purpose, and required updating, at the cost of its customers. it's very disappointing and a disservice to the people who had purchased the previous saw. I would like to know how it got passed by British standards in the first place.

Exactly! If you ask Triton they'll send you the footprint of the module so you can cut your own space to the perfect size
Its great that they have finally sorted out a proper fence, can you post a link to it please, I assume its compatible with the predecessor?

You guys need to come up with a table saw, one that does everythin the dwe7492 does, but make it like 15 or 20% more affordable

You cannot move the fence so it's not full length? Fence going long past the blade creates kick back risk
