Alright so as Ch5S4 Doom season comes to an end, I can safely say the season is still just meh, but RANKED is SO GOOD NOW! No vehicles and certain items removed from the loot pool, the gameplay there is really good!
C4S4 was actually heat ngl I played that season to death, absolutely incredible and amazing loot pool. It was sad to see it go, but worth it since OG came out right after. Wish I could go back to it, especially after how garbage Chapter 5 has been lol.
Fr people hate on Chapter 3 and 4 when they were amazing for the most part but then defend the garbage seasons we get in this chapter. Chapter 5 season 4 is the only decent season we have gotten and its being carried by a collab
I think there is an argument to be made. Even though I consider C3S4 the second worst season of all time, every other season 4 has been incredible including this one. While yes the problems with chapter 5 as a whole still bring down the season a little bit, i believe S4 has been the best C5 season. Might not be saying much, but it must stand for something.

I think C4S4 is the most underrated season. I barely see anyone talk about it but I love it. The collabs were good the old mythics were fun and the loot pool was absolutely goated. The only thing that let it down was the battle pass 😭

C3S4 gets way too much hate. Incredibly fun season to play. Other than the goo gun, the weapon pool was really balanced, the balloons gave great natural mobility, the map changes were small, but enjoyable, the tornadoes were a really cool way to rotate, it was really enjoyable

I liked megalo don, I hope he comes back and does something, maybe help doom or hope, he will be the most wasted character ever if he just gets the Kado thorn treatment where he gets killed offscreen, they gave him a sick trailer, a sick design, awesome dialogue and he actually posed a threat, I think this new season is great, but I want wrecked to at least affect the island, also great video :)
As a chapter 1 season 2 veteran, it used to be way better, you’ve missed missed out on the old days, it can still be fun and I still do play it but for chapter 2 season 1 and 2 I had a combined 110 hours of playtime. I don’t know if I’ve reached that total in the last 2 chapters combined
@@cheerful_crop_circle those seasons, I think the biggest problem with modern Fortnite is that it has lost its creativity, the game doesn’t have the same chaos of just really unique things, I will say I don’t think I played that season at all, and if I did it was very little, but there were so many unique and fun ideas Fortnite tried that truly set it apart in the market, and now those are mostly gone. The game is still good, but it isn’t the same level it used to be. Also the game had some semblance of balancing, because good god is it bad right now

I've never agreed with the whole "season 3 is always bad" thing. I loved chapter 2, season 3 eventually (after hating it the first couple of days bcz i was salty season 2 ended, and the water storm was gone) And as for chapter 3 and 5, i loved those seasons, both very fun to play, especially with others, with cool items and mechanics. As for chapter 1, i didn't play it. Chapter 4 i hated, even though it hsd cool stuff, i never got into it and found it to be the least fun ive had in a season of fornite
Chapter 1 Season 3, Chapter 2 Season 3, and even Chapter 4 Season 3 were all amazing. Also we have only ever had ONE good Season 1. And that was Chapter 4 Season 1. Every other Season 1 was either boring, or GARBAGE (chapter 3 Season 1).
If you hate chapter 3 season 4 imo you didn’t actually play that much. I played the whole duration of the season and had a crap ton of fun. It wasn’t the best. But was a fun season to play.
10:43 monarch pistol is OP. it uses light ammo and it's basically a deagle so you never run out of ammo and if you pair it with the sovereign shotgun and keep switching between those two it's literally the best zero build meta imo.
Ch3 s4 is my favourite season of ch3 Idc what anyone says. Red dot weapons were gone which I enjoyed, the chrome mechanic was fun af, snipers were reverted, herald's burst was insane, prime shotgun was fun and the map changes were fun I enjoyed the floating pois and grim gables. My *only* gripes with this season are: this season was the season they decided to basically kill the trap slot which lasted until the very season we're in now by removing armoured walls and making launch pads throwable, and also fractured
I liked Chapter 3 Season 4. It brung Chrome and we all know how fun that was. EvoChrome weapons were really creative as they evolved the more you did damage. The loot pool was surprisingly good, and the POIS were actually really cool! Don’t forget the Goo Gun. What a cool gun! It literally spewed out explosive goo. What more could you want?It’s only actually hated for the Event.
I'm going to say it. Chapter 2 was the peak of fortnite. It Brough out new and original content with every skin not being some washed out colab skins like we have today. The map and loot pool for pretty much every season was great. Even when they had a colab on season four they added content and a whole poi that actually made the colab feel special. I don't know why but everything about hat chapter just felt more clean and fun to be around. Although it was in lockdown so we did get allot of time to play it. It just felt different
One think o find interesting is that season 3s are the most decisive as they bring some big changes car mods and the flood were fun and honestly good. It’s just they seem to be decisive.

Remember when people saw madcap in the Midas shadow mode while a shadow on mobile. Or using kits emote with it and then all the emotes audio being distorted. I loved that I wish creative had stuff like that as it was so much fun and I want to mess around with it again

In my opinion outside of chapter 1, the seasons 4’s of every chapter tend to be the best of that chapter. Including Stark season (My all time favorite), Chapter 4 season 4 was pretty fun, this season wasn’t too bad, and I even enjoyed chrome season a lot.

I loved ch3 s4. Ik it’s a very unpopular opinion, but the Lootpool was almost perfect, it had solid updates, a mid Halloween event, and solid map changes (I loved Cloudy Condos)
I think it's a little to early to form an opinion on this season, at least for me. There are still a lot of mythics that we haven't gotten yet that are confirmed. I also noticed that the rift beacons haven't summoned in any locations that belong to the heros. And I'm hoping that they give Doctor Doom's gauntlet a needed buff.
4:16 I think the X-Mansion is supposed to be coming this season so if it does we will finally actually have our 1st mid season map change that stays in a while as last season the Shipwreck Shallows POI didn't last after Pirates of the Caribbean
I honestly love the season. Its really fun and good, the only thing i didnt like is that there isnt much of a variety of mythics, doom has gauntlets,iron gauntlets,war machine arsenal. And his auto turret. And jetpack, cap shield and black panther claws, I liked the old one because we got so much stuff. We got a groot mythic,venom mythic,silver surfer mythic,ironman and doom mythic,black panther mytich, and my favorite wolverine mythic, oh and a storm mythic. Its mainly the lack of mytics which is my problem
What I will say is that surprisingly I really liked the C4S4 battlepass (save for Khaby Lame, Nolan Chance and Ahsoka (even though I love the character and Star Wars in general)). I love vampires so I still revisit Kado from time to time. I normally hate the anime skins in the game but I think Mae might be better than a lot of non-anime skins imo. Piper Pace is possibly one of my favourite skins of all time. Buff Fishstick (I'm blanking on the name) is the only joke skin I actually enjoy wearing unironically. Finally, Antonia is amazing in general. The super styles are a little flashy but I still love wearing them with all of the skins. C4S4's battlepass managed to accomplish longevity to me which is more than I can say for most seasons.
the c4s4 jungle was fucking awesome though the height variability and closer packed cover made the c4s4 weapons shine. Especially the rocket ram and kinetic blade.
Enjoying the current season, but it could be so much better. Hoping the next few updates really give it that boost it needs, but right now it feels ok. The nerfs suck, but if they pull things of well with the other returning/new mythics later, this could turn out great.
I love Chapter 5 Season 4! Yes, it's a bit imbalanced, but I think that just works for a superhero season, y'know? Fully agree about the ARs, don't even pick them up anymore. Monarch pistol is absolutely worth picking up, though! Great way to shoot jetpacks out of the sky :) Feel like everyone uses the Monarch. Reason not to play Reload: the Chapter 1 map. I'm sooo done with those POIs. They keep returning, been playing in Tilted and the likes for years now, and I would just really love if we could move on.

I love ch5 s4. I think for zero build players, all the items are unbalanced but in builds, cap shield does nothing, same with the auto turret. War machine arsenal and arcane gauntlets become balanced. But I think this season will add more items to balance the game, such as iron man repulsors, and Shuri mythic. I think if you play builds, this season will be more fun.
i’ve been playing since chapter 1 season 4 and my favorite season of all time is chapter 3 season 4 and i see no reason why to hate on it, it was the most fun i’ve had it had one of the best weapons being the upgradable chrome weapons that encouraged players to get into fights

i have been angry with myself for missing the old marvel battle pass for years bc so many of those are some of my favorite characters that i haven't gotten to play as, I've gotten wolverine in the game twice and the iron man zero to try to make up for it but none of them are as good as the originals and she hulk, storm, Groot with the rocket raccoon back bling, and Dr Doom just didn't have any other versions to get. We're finally getting a new Dr Doom and im glad for that but it's still not as good as the first one. Also neither of the Thor skins we got for the 4th movie are anywhere nearly as good as the original one
Chapter 4 cars were fine because they only spawned in the jungle and outside the Vault poi’s for rotates but they should NOT be at every gas station and poi. They were also better designed and had trucks.

I just want to see graphics similar to C2 or C3. I miss those seasons man. I started in C2S4, and it was peak for the short time i played. I then played C2S5, and got hooked. I lost a bit of interest in C3 S3, and for me it carried over to C3S4. C4 S3 again i lost interest, and it somewhat bled over to S4. C5 S3 i somewhat enjoyed for a time. Then i hated it. And played DRG. And now im playing C5S4.
Honestly , I feel like C5S4 is the opposite of C4S4. I feel like we have so little content on launch this season. And also half of the map is dead this season because everyone lands at either The Raft or Castle Doom. This season just feels so boring to me. Great video btw :)

As a zero build player I'd say the worst thing about c5 s4 is duos I've played 2 games with absolute horrible teammates one I had 14 kills and got the win my teammate got 0 not even a henchmen was killed by him and the second guy decided to rush a team with 2 medallions after I died to the same team instead of getting my reboot they LEFT ME IN STORM WHILE THE ENEMIES WERE LEAVING
Season 4 is fire in my opinion, mostly because of the Battle Pass. I feel like this season would be much better if we got better map changes, and if people weren’t spamming the shit out of Captain America’s Shield

Tbh, The chrome season was bad simply because they offed the seven, they killed the paradigm, and they added the two shot and charge SMG, but don’t act like they didn’t have other bad guns in S4’s too

I think it is a tinge bit early to judge ch5 s4, since half of the content promised in the trailer isint out yet. But i imagine some may think that in it of itself is a problem. I think once we get the iron man return along with the rest of the mythics, the community will be able to decide how the chapter will be looked back upon. not to say i disagree with any of your takes. As someone who started on C5, the core problems of the season are stuff that epic just seems unwilling to change
c5 s4 was like a 7/10 at launch purely because of how much fun the movement was with the jetpack, but now that its nefted to the ground and you cant even catch up to cars that are running away, its like a 4/10

I like Chapter 5 season 4 i find it fun and its pretty nice overal but its jsut the fact that the war machine stuff is so op that it just makes everything not fun i mean who wants their builds instantly destroyed by inf rockets or have a captain american shield give you backshots. close range fights are annoying and long range fights are boring because of the projectile weapons/ars that you mentioned
Hot take: The last 2 season 3s were pretty good. In my opinion, the boomerang was fun, the explosive repeater was fun, and the jungle biome wasn't THAT annoying. Sure, you had to go down into it almost every match, but the mud, vines, ziplines, and bouncing mushrooms made it super easy to get around. In fact, it was my main drop spot for a while because of the slurp plants and mobility to nearby POIs. Although, the transformers cannon was... interesting. But either way, I feel like it's a bit underrated, but I understand if you don't like having to go into a big pit in the ground. As for Chapter 5, the car meta was definitely understandable. At the end of every game, everyone was in cars spamming the turrets and repair stations, so it definitely deserved the nerf. But I feel like everyone focuses on only that. The nitro was a good mechanic, the desert was a cool biome, and the slurp cacti and nitro rings felt nice, too. There was also the collab items, like the nuka-cola, that were very good with the lootpool in my opinion. But to be fair, I am kinda biased for that season because I mastered the tow hook cannon because it does 100 damage. Now, I'm not saying EVERY season 3 was peak. Chapters 2 and 3 I completely agree with, but I feel like the most recent seasons 3s get a bit too much hate because of one or two main things, and people skip past the smaller things.
The current season is pretty good, definitely the best one of Chapter 5. But I still cannot stand the bullet drop and weapon mods, I really hope they leave those behind when Chapter 6 comes. Call it a skill issue, but I really despise that additional layer of complexity
CH5 S4 is basically just a copy of CH2 S4, which I’m not really complaining because CH2 S4 was my favorite season and CH5 S4 is still a pretty good season, but I mean the Doctor Doom mythics are the exact same just put into one item. Iron man is coming back with mythics a few weeks into the season just like CH2 S4. Galactus is in the season. I mean how much more could you copy CH2 S4?
I started last week of c3s4 and I didn’t really start playing a lot until c4s2 quit for the first half of c4s3 came back at like halfway through but I didn’t like the jungle then c4s4 came around and I’ve never played a better season

Imo, this season saved chapter 5 for everyone, season 4s have a reputation for the quality be nearly or at peak fortnite status with the exception of chapter 3 season 4. What the seasons 4s have especially in commom was when the "sweats" and casuals were at peace and didn't give a shit. The gameplay is peak fortnite imo, the themes are crazy. C3S4 gets way too much hate. Incredibly fun season to play. Other than the goo gun, the weapon pool was really balanced, the balloons gave great natural mobility, the map changes were small, but enjoyable, the tornadoes were a really cool way to rotate, it was really enjoyable

@@cheerful_crop_circle those seasons, I think the biggest problem with modern Fortnite is that it has lost its creativity, the game doesn’t have the same chaos of just really unique things, I will say I don’t think I played that season at all, and if I did it was very little, but there were so many unique and fun ideas Fortnite tried that truly set it apart in the market, and now those are mostly gone. The game is still good, but it isn’t the same level it used to be. Also the game had some semblance of balancing, because good god is it bad right now

I loved chapter 2, season 3 eventually (after hating it the first couple of days bcz i was salty season 2 ended, and the water storm was gone)
And as for chapter 3 and 5, i loved those seasons, both very fun to play, especially with others, with cool items and mechanics.

10:43 monarch pistol is OP. it uses light ammo and it's basically a deagle so you never run out of ammo and if you pair it with the sovereign shotgun and keep switching between those two it's literally the best zero build meta imo.

Ch3 s4 is my favourite season of ch3 Idc what anyone says. Red dot weapons were gone which I enjoyed, the chrome mechanic was fun af, snipers were reverted, herald's burst was insane, prime shotgun was fun and the map changes were fun I enjoyed the floating pois and grim gables.
My *only* gripes with this season are: this season was the season they decided to basically kill the trap slot which lasted until the very season we're in now by removing armoured walls and making launch pads throwable, and also fractured
I liked Chapter 3 Season 4. It brung Chrome and we all know how fun that was. EvoChrome weapons were really creative as they evolved the more you did damage. The loot pool was surprisingly good, and the POIS were actually really cool! Don’t forget the Goo Gun. What a cool gun! It literally spewed out explosive goo. What more could you want?It’s only actually hated for the Event.
I'm going to say it. Chapter 2 was the peak of fortnite. It Brough out new and original content with every skin not being some washed out colab skins like we have today. The map and loot pool for pretty much every season was great. Even when they had a colab on season four they added content and a whole poi that actually made the colab feel special. I don't know why but everything about hat chapter just felt more clean and fun to be around. Although it was in lockdown so we did get allot of time to play it. It just felt different
One think o find interesting is that season 3s are the most decisive as they bring some big changes car mods and the flood were fun and honestly good. It’s just they seem to be decisive.

In my opinion outside of chapter 1, the seasons 4’s of every chapter tend to be the best of that chapter. Including Stark season (My all time favorite), Chapter 4 season 4 was pretty fun, this season wasn’t too bad, and I even enjoyed chrome season a lot.

I think it's a little to early to form an opinion on this season, at least for me. There are still a lot of mythics that we haven't gotten yet that are confirmed. I also noticed that the rift beacons haven't summoned in any locations that belong to the heros. And I'm hoping that they give Doctor Doom's gauntlet a needed buff.

I honestly love the season. Its really fun and good, the only thing i didnt like is that there isnt much of a variety of mythics, doom has gauntlets,iron gauntlets,war machine arsenal. And his auto turret. And jetpack, cap shield and black panther claws,
I liked the old one because we got so much stuff. We got a groot mythic,venom mythic,silver surfer mythic,ironman and doom mythic,black panther mytich, and my favorite wolverine mythic, oh and a storm mythic. Its mainly the lack of mytics which is my problem
What I will say is that surprisingly I really liked the C4S4 battlepass (save for Khaby Lame, Nolan Chance and Ahsoka (even though I love the character and Star Wars in general)). I love vampires so I still revisit Kado from time to time. I normally hate the anime skins in the game but I think Mae might be better than a lot of non-anime skins imo. Piper Pace is possibly one of my favourite skins of all time. Buff Fishstick (I'm blanking on the name) is the only joke skin I actually enjoy wearing unironically. Finally, Antonia is amazing in general. The super styles are a little flashy but I still love wearing them with all of the skins. C4S4's battlepass managed to accomplish longevity to me which is more than I can say for most seasons.

the c4s4 jungle was fucking awesome though the height variability and closer packed cover made the c4s4 weapons shine. Especially the rocket ram and kinetic blade.

Enjoying the current season, but it could be so much better. Hoping the next few updates really give it that boost it needs, but right now it feels ok. The nerfs suck, but if they pull things of well with the other returning/new mythics later, this could turn out great.

I love ch5 s4. I think for zero build players, all the items are unbalanced but in builds, cap shield does nothing, same with the auto turret. War machine arsenal and arcane gauntlets become balanced. But I think this season will add more items to balance the game, such as iron man repulsors, and Shuri mythic. I think if you play builds, this season will be more fun.

I love Chapter 3 season 4. I love the map changes, I love the battle pass. The only thing this season suffers from is the live event. Other than that, I love this season, especially the chrome assault rifle.
i have been angry with myself for missing the old marvel battle pass for years bc so many of those are some of my favorite characters that i haven't gotten to play as, I've gotten wolverine in the game twice and the iron man zero to try to make up for it but none of them are as good as the originals and she hulk, storm, Groot with the rocket raccoon back bling, and Dr Doom just didn't have any other versions to get. We're finally getting a new Dr Doom and im glad for that but it's still not as good as the first one. Also neither of the Thor skins we got for the 4th movie are anywhere nearly as good as the original one
Chapter 4 cars were fine because they only spawned in the jungle and outside the Vault poi’s for rotates but they should NOT be at every gas station and poi. They were also better designed and had trucks.

I lost a bit of interest in C3 S3, and for me it carried over to C3S4. C4 S3 again i lost interest, and it somewhat bled over to S4. C5 S3 i somewhat enjoyed for a time. Then i hated it. And played DRG. And now im playing C5S4.
Honestly , I feel like C5S4 is the opposite of C4S4. I feel like we have so little content on launch this season. And also half of the map is dead this season because everyone lands at either The Raft or Castle Doom. This season just feels so boring to me. Great video btw :)

The zombie one. I personally just found it kinda cool that it almost felt like a movie since you were running from the storm got cool items and it wasn't that hard.
I think it is a tinge bit early to judge ch5 s4, since half of the content promised in the trailer isint out yet. But i imagine some may think that in it of itself is a problem. I think once we get the iron man return along with the rest of the mythics, the community will be able to decide how the chapter will be looked back upon.

I like Chapter 5 season 4 i find it fun and its pretty nice overal but its jsut the fact that the war machine stuff is so op that it just makes everything not fun i mean who wants their builds instantly destroyed by inf rockets or have a captain american shield give you backshots. close range fights are annoying and long range fights are boring because of the projectile weapons/ars that you mentioned
Hot take: The last 2 season 3s were pretty good. In my opinion, the boomerang was fun, the explosive repeater was fun, and the jungle biome wasn't THAT annoying. Sure, you had to go down into it almost every match, but the mud, vines, ziplines, and bouncing mushrooms made it super easy to get around. In fact, it was my main drop spot for a while because of the slurp plants and mobility to nearby POIs. Although, the transformers cannon was... interesting. But either way, I feel like it's a bit underrated, but I understand if you don't like having to go into a big pit in the ground. As for Chapter 5, the car meta was definitely understandable. At the end of every game, everyone was in cars spamming the turrets and repair stations, so it definitely deserved the nerf. But I feel like everyone focuses on only that. The nitro was a good mechanic, the desert was a cool biome, and the slurp cacti and nitro rings felt nice, too. There was also the collab items, like the nuka-cola, that were very good with the lootpool in my opinion. But to be fair, I am kinda biased for that season because I mastered the tow hook cannon because it does 100 damage. Now, I'm not saying EVERY season 3 was peak. Chapters 2 and 3 I completely agree with, but I feel like the most recent seasons 3s get a bit too much hate because of one or two main things, and people skip past the smaller things.

Imo, this season saved chapter 5 for everyone, season 4s have a reputation for the quality be nearly or at peak fortnite status with the exception of chapter 3 season 4. What the seasons 4s have especially in commom was when the "sweats" and casuals were at peace and didn't give a shit. The gameplay is peak fortnite imo, the themes are crazy. @@OmEn2. , when I said most season 4s had close to or peak fortnite gameplay, I was focusing on the individual season, when I consider peak fortnite, I consider the individual season on a case by case basis.

Season 2 always has something new
Season 3 is cursed to be bad
Season 4 will always make up for the bad previous season
Edit: c3s4 is an exception
And Season OG is always going to bring back old players back
