Man, this guy was high on his own show or what? I have new found respect for Rahul Subramanian. The way he treats his audience with respect, it can't be matched. I think Harsh needs to take notes of that.

Crowd work is never about treating the audience good or bad.
Watch Andrew Schulz. He disrespects and roasts the heck out of the audience, and he is the best in the game.
You're just judging based on what you feel is right and wrong. This doesn't work in comedy.
How come treating the audience with respect even a thing? Sometimes even we enjoy comedians making fun of audience and nobody takes it seriously That's a very good concept coz comedy is the place where no one minds anything and laugh

With due respect to various opinions and the talent, I had the same feeling. Though he is certainly talented yet in general encouraging this kind of humor doesn't feel great. We hear in engineering colleges, ragging is normalised in the name of fun and here as a society we encourage bullying in the name of roasting for comedy and most often a lot of audience subconsciously imitate. In fact, have we ignored Kapil Sharma fame, the way he teases a colleague on his sets for her lips and other parts of her body when he is a store house of good jokes too? These performers at times cross their boundaries and audience overlooks that as a human flaw. But then when this starts to trend, it becomes normalised too, doesn't it?

I don't know why All Professional standup comedian upload vedio in 8 - 9 months......if they upload regular vedios they can get 30M - 40M Subscribers easily , becams hightest paid utubers....
Its difficult to write that much content. They work really hard for months to write content for a 10 mins stand up act. Thats why they take time.
Because they earn more by doing shows with the same content
They don't upload often bcoz jokes are repeated (often)
