Wow your property video is so much better than those produced by pro property agents. I dont have a good impression of this property as the majority of the units are small but after watching your video introduction, the Hiller seems like a pretty compelling property to settle in !

Really dislike the loft concept. If you come home after a night of drinking or clubbing, you may get yourself killed if you have a slip and fall when trying to go to bed.. Or if you need to pee or use the bathroom, it'd be quite a hassle as well. It's not practical. Nah
@Sethisfy I've a friend in his mid 30s complaining about his loft apartment after staying there for less than a year on the issues I mentioned. Going toilet in the middle of the night can be a hassle and hazard too, troublesome la.. Please don't tell me that you didn't find it a hassle yourself. I'm pretty sure you won't move into another loft apartment in the future 😅
@jemdude22 Being perfectly honest I have never found it an issue, but then again I almost never have to use the toilet in the middle of the night. It’s also only a few steps so it has never crossed my mind as an inconvenience. Maybe I’ll regret it when I’m well into my 50-69s but I’m still very much looking at loft units because I don’t want to give up high ceilings and space efficiency. I’m also looking at walk-up apartments though this is lower in desirability to me because my parents while still very mobile and healthy are in their late 60s so they might find it challenging to visit my home in future if they have to overcome stairs. This is a non-issue with loft units since they have no reason to visit my bed.

Can consider Hillford nearby. They have anti-slip flooring and emergency alarm systems so it’s safer for the elderly.
