Let's be honest though... I looped it a little... I just did a little bit of magic things to hide the transitions 😂 But I still filmed a long clip... just going for over an hour is not possible for me 😂❤️

Gril, don't be afraid to throw some tapping in there as well if people like it. And some breathing just to get the viewers breathing started to get them to relax. P.S the prep at the beginning and the all fingers and thumb and palm rub are my absolute favorite. 7:47.
