Akhee maa sha'a Allah I apreciate this may Allah accept it from you and no doubt selling drugs as a muslim is haraam and hated to Allah but the scholars say that major sins dont take you out of islam they are still muslims but they are mujrimoon criminals and fasiqoon wrong doers and the wrath of Allah is upon them.
So what is the difference then brother? Mujrimoon and fasiqoon are not guided by Allah and are going to hell, Quran says so. I thought the whole point was to not end up in hell. Also linguistically I'm not sure how a word Muslim (a person that submits to Allah) can be used to include people who are exactly the opposite. I truly do believe that what destroyed Islam the most is this "inclusiveness" where you can do whatever but are still a "Muslim." The numbers are great but are useless because behavior is not there. Immagine if we take the same approach to military special forces. We say you don't have to train, shoot well, be fit as long as you declare you are special forces. How special would such special forces be comprised mostly of deconditioned, unfit people who don't have discipline and can't shoot.
@sividom From the beauty of tauwheed is that anyone who possesses an atoms weight of it is a muslim he may go hellfire but will not remain forever, this is the case of drug dealers they are like that they have very weak emaan and tauwheed but as long as one has it no sin outside of polytheism comdems him to hellfire for eternity. As for the one who perfects he's tauwheed from polytheism, disbelief, innovations in the religion and sins he will enter jannah without hisaab an account at ease May Allah makes from the people who perfect our tauwheed.

Also, if a person recognizes the Oneness of Allah and then decides to live their life as if Allah said nothing, is that a good person or a bad person? And no I haven't heard of this Christian term.

You even have "muslim" countries doing it as a business...what can I say! Nowadays, you can only cling to Islam and not Muslims as we are no longer representatives of our religion.
