- In a recorded call, Letecia Stauch denied killing her stepson Gannon Stauch when asked point blank by his dad if she had killed him.
Letecia Stauch is accused of killing 11-year-old Gannon in his bedroom on Jan. 27, 2020. His remains were found inside a suitcase under a bridge in northwestern Florida in March 2020, about six weeks after Letecia Stauch's trip there.
She's currently on trial for his murder in El Paso County, Colorado. An autopsy showed that Gannon had been shot and stabbed, and he appeared to have defensive wounds on his hands, according to court testimony.
Gannon's dad Al began working with investigators and several "pretext" phone calls between him and Letecia Stauch were played at her trial.

I think she gave Gannon the oxycodone telling him it was meds to help his upset tummy, but really with the intention to make him sleep really hard so that she could set a fire and he would just sleep and die from smoke inhalation and then burn up, but instead, he woke up and he was the one who tried to put the fire out and he got burned.. and he was probably repeating it over and over that the med she gave him made him sleepy and he woke up to the fire or maybe he saw her trying to fuel the fire more with blankets or something along those lines, and they probably fussed about him saying the truth and she was so scared Albert would find out the actual truth, so instead, she brutally murdered Gannon bc he original plan didn’t work and now he was going to tell on her! The evidence is just all there to say that’s what more than likely happened.

After a bit of watching, I've realized he's being so calm and composed because he's baiting her.....keeping her talking, already knowing she's the main suspect. I also notice how he placates her to keep her from going off...he constantly apologizes to her as soon as he senses her mood. He tiptoes around her, afraid to set her off. I'd bet she was this obnoxious in their relationship too. I can't even fathom what he saw and felt for her. She's clearly very weird in a strange, uncomfortable way. She should be put away in a facility for her kind, so she can be contained, and treated for serious psychological diagnosis. Not that she didn't know what she was doing when she murdered an 11 year old, she deserves severe consequences, and psychological care. Her voice is extremely painful to listen too. Literally.
